Great lunch with delicious options. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere with really friendly staff. Anthony, the bartender and our wait staff, was really friendly and helpful. He also made really delicious martinis! Will definitely recommend

My family celebrated Thanksgiving at The GOAT. The food was terrific, as was the service. The clothesline bacon was great, and I personally recommend the key lime pie.

Food and service were beyond amazing. Probably the best burger I’ve ever had, clothesline bacon was phenomenal. Our server Amanda was one of the friendliest servers I’ve ever had in a restaurant without a doubt.

Our waitress was Amanda and the service was absolutely phenomenal. We ordered 3 different apps (bacon, fish tacos, Garlic Knots) and entrees (Rigatoni bolognese and a burger) everything was 5/5 delicious! Cannot stress enough how wonderful Amanda was, talkative, attentive, funny! All around a fantastic experience!

Our bartender Anthony made amazing drinks and went above and beyond to make our first experience here perfect

They really need to hire some staff. Drinks took forever to come out. Better off ordering another round as soon as the first arrive. Probably would be faster to bring your own limes and olives as well. Filet was okay but small, very small. I can’t say that it warranted $49 price. I feel his other restaurant near the Brunswicks is far superior.

The Goat is one of our go to places.
Every now and then they do a stand up comedy show. You got a meal and a show for a decent price. The food at The Goat is good. The atmosphere is full of crazy goats so if you don’t like goats, staring at you you might have a problem..😝 the drinks are very good. The bartenders and the waiters and waitresses are attentive.

Your Name Not your name

The bartender Anthony was a great host, drinks were on point. He even stole my date.

Just wish I would have got more shrimp and scallops in my food order. Two piece of each wasn’t $35 worth of food. But everything else was on point

First time coming here. Have passed by this place so many times and my boyfriend and I decided to finally give it a shot. We were greeted by a nice hostess who took us to our table. Weird enough the entire dining room seemed open but they crammed every table walking in right on top of each other. In my opinion that’s super uncomfortable to be within elbow’s length of another table and needing to lean out of the way for servers to get by to get to other tables. We looked over the menu and ordered some drinks. My boyfriend loves a certain beer and we’re 95% positive that he got the wrong beer but we didnt complain since he liked the beer he got. We ordered the calamari and shrimp for the appetizer which was pretty good but a small portion. For entrees we ordered the chicken parm and filet. As we waited for the entrees my boyfriend asked the server for another drink which took about 15 minutes to get. Mind you we saw the server grabbing orders from other tables like food, desserts, and coffee and delivered those first before he got his beer. My boyfriend watched the manager ask another server to deliver the beer as he probably knew too that it was taking too long. We received our entrees and they were mediocre at best. The chicken parm was interesting in the fact that there seemed to be two different sauces on the pasta and the chicken. The sauce on the pasta tasted like complete sugar, some may like that but for two people who love chicken parm it was not the standard. As for the filet, it was okay, the B1 sauce was not my personal favorite but I will chalk that up to preference. The filet itself was a little dry with no taste to it but edible. We decided to skip on dessert but all in all we gave it a try. We dont think we will be back, but it was worth a try.

My first time here and I wasn't too impressed. I had ordered the Barolo Braised Short Rib. The presentation was short of impressive and food came out cool. Consistenty dark through out the entire dish, lacking in contrast, and the demiglaze lacking flavor. The short rib was extremely fatty. There wasn't any bread offered.

My wife had the prime rib. Nice portion and very good, however, it was a little too salty.

The service was short as well. We felt as if we were being rushed. I believe the staff needs a bit more training in the areas of serving, presenting, and etiquette.

In summary, my experience wasn't that satisfying. I hope to give the place a second try, thinking that it could just have been a bad day.

The cooks need to buy a meat thermometer I asked for medium rare prime rib was served a well done end piece sent it back the second one was cooked better. The Filets were ordered for medium and we're well done. Fingerling potato's were dry. Had the meatball appetizer average meatball but very plain in taste. Our server was amazing and took care of everything we needed. Overall it's a nice place but for being a famous chef David Burke really needs to train his cooking staff to cook with some love instead of bulk preparing a subpar meal especially on a holiday. Sorry but an honest review will hopefully make things better next time. Merry Christmas

First time here for dinner on Christmas, not impressed with upstairs dining, treated my husband for dinner and he couldn't finish his meal because it was fatty and all was dark, didn't realize he was eating brussel sprouts as they appeared to blend same color as the mushrooms. My prime rib was ok but salty.
Also felt rushed while still eating...
Not sure if I would go back or recommend.
