Ate at this Burger King and found the metal bristles from a brush here. Yes that’s right from a cleaning brush in my burger. I had already eaten a couple of big bites and I was disgusted and scared. I showed it to the lady at the counter who asked me why I ate it if I knew there were metal bristles (dumb question? I saw the bristles after) and after some back and forth she told me she couldn’t do anything and that she would call the cops if I kept asking pestering for answers. Wait it gets better, I contacted Burger King at their corporate office and they told me they can’t do anything to ensure anyone’s safety because it’s independently owned. They passed the feedback to the chain operator but there was no guarantee he would do anything about it or he would do anything to prevent this from happening again because this Burger King is independently owned. If the owner wanted to speak to me or see the evidence they would reach out to me but they never did. Disgusting

Came here in the afternoon, craving for a yummy burger, and as I waited in the line a man with a pink shirt and Cuban hat was screaming at the workers. Demanding that he needed to be helped, even though he made no line. I bit my tongue because I’m pregnant, and I was already having a bad day. What made my day better was how professional the team stayed while being threatened by this racist man. He was yelling at them first before the manager came in to inform the rude man about his attitude. They weren’t refusing service, they were still going to help him but he needed to be nicer. The fact that the team stayed professional AND calm, made the guy feel like a fool. The manager protected his team and his team backed him up due to the ridiculous threat on calling ICE to the store. That wasn’t necessary at all, especially if it was for food service. Great job to the manager, and great job to the team for keeping their calm!! Hospitality is NOT or the weak hearted. I’ll forever come back to support a business like this as long as they stay professional, respectful, and teamwork is a must!

Fast food restaurants should be required to have functioning bathrooms. They’re too often closed.

This place never let you use the restrooms regardless how much you spend ! They just let Spanish speakers people!!!
