The Burger King here is seriously understaffed My order took 20 minutes after the kiosk and the incoming staff was aggressive. It’s one value fires and one burger How long can that take?! 22 minutes in, “I’m just waiting…” The young lady would proceed to take other(s) orders and/or potentially make their orders over my older order. So much for ‘fast food.’

Always clean, the decor and lighting on point, the staff is great and the food is excellent.

Not busy. The staff seemed to be busy cleaning, mopping, and sweeping.
Took 25 minutes and it was not appealingly busy at all for 2 burgers and chicken fries. Oh, and chicken fries were not in my bag.

This experience was horrifying. The general manager @ your location 35St and Bergenline Ave in union city NJ. He was out of control yelling @ GrubHub delivery persons. I was trying to purchase a shack and started cursing @ me. Telling me to wait when he was no longer busy. Then he told one of his workers to charge me. Then stated that he only had chocolate milk not a shake. I asked for my money back. And again he’s still yelling @ everyone. And said he could not give me my money back. Because then I was done with this person's rudeness. I was telling him off this is not good restaurant behavior. I’m will be moving forward with legal action immediately. I will also be in touch with Mayor Brian Stack and city council to get your shop closed. I will see your company in court.

At the Burger King, on 35th street on Bergenline Avenue in Union City, New Jersey, there is a tremendous problem because now in the digital age you can no longer order from the cashiers at Burger King on 35th, otherwise they have to do it for you. necessarily at the machine, it turns out that one of the cashiers is super daring, she does not respect the behavior of the older ladies who come to this place, they do not know anything about computers and she is lazy and arrogant, the employee disrespects them, they do not help them, and They prefer not to sell than to help people who cannot place the order on the computer. There is also this service but the cashiers also receive orders as it was in the past. Call the manager of this place to put order and if these people do not want to work, send them home to sleep, the bathroom remains closed with the cleaning machine, the manager named Estefanía. She is another savage, she does not provide any bathroom service to the public, and she also treats clients badly, she starts sweeping over clients, I wonder how long there will be so much abuse and lack of respect for the people of Union City, Manager, you have a lot of work ahead of you, educate this pair of savages who make the institution that you represent look bad THANK YOU
