I say that he who does not try does not know. I read many reviews that I don't agree with, because we all have different palates. For me and the friends who went to Ceviche Time we loved the food, the service 100%, the place, the excellent cleanliness, the owners very friendly to the customers, the great music, the brutal karaoke, the excellent prices. You have to visit it and make your own conclusions. The food is served at a good time. For me the place is excellent. See you on Sunday.

I used to go here when it was called Don Ramon the best club in Union City. …..I was there this weekend and I really enjoyed it. They have new owners I hope they stay consistent and maintain the new crowd. atmosphere is very good. Music is great I hope music varies and maintain a good DJ. Friday, Saturdays and Sundays karaoke food taste great I hope it stays like that….

Place was clean and drinks were good. Although, music was only Ecuadorian/Peruvian; it use to be very diverse here but the atmosphere has changed. Bring back old Cebiche Time!!!

Lomo saltado was good although for the price very little. Also the white rice was like an integral rice so it tasted weird. Chaufa de mariscos was not good at all. Bland and worst part is that they didnt offer aji verde which is a staple in a peruvian establishment. Hope they can step it up next time because the place itself is really nice

Very bad service…. Drinks with no alcohol. Ordered a piña colada and they brought me a drink with no alcohol… and if you want more alcohol you have to pay more… place is awful

Was there on a Thursday night - it's a karaoke night! The place is really beautiful! The food was great, the best Peruvian food I've ever tried! They also have drinks specials - 6 beers for $20. Highly recommended!

Very lousy cook, the food was good but the cook did not help at all. I ordered a ceviche and they brought it all without flavor. I returned it and hoped it would have better seasoning and worse. I ordered a loin and a maicelo combo and it took more than 1 hour. Ask if It took longer and the waitress told me yes because the cook had not even turned on the kitchen, it was not the cook's day, a bad experience, he never came back, I hope one day they can improve, the most important thing in a restaurant is having a good cook willing to work.

Fui a probar algo nuevo porque lo vi en Google bien lindo el lugar me pedí un lomo saltado , y un plato o combo llamado maicelo tomaba mucho tiempo así que decidimos ordenar un ceviche de pescado pero cuando me lo trajeron a la mesa no tenía nada de sal llame a la mesera para que el cocinero lo pueda arreglar y cuando lo regreso seguía igual hasta peor porque solo le puso más leche estamos esperando más de 1 hora por los platos hasta que le vuelvo a preguntar a la mesera haber si se demoraría más entró a la cocina y se dio con la sorpresa que el cocinero ni siquiera había puesto a cocinar nada segun la mesera estaba a prueba ya que el cocinero habitual estaba libre espere más de 1 hora por los platos pero muy mala experiencia la mesera muy amable no tiene la culpa de nada el cocinero parece que no estaba en sus días ojalá puedan solucionar ese problema porque si no perderán más clientelas

Terrible service. I just ask for vodka soda fresh lime juice which is a ranch water coctail all the bartenders know si easy. But the bartender whit no expierence at all. She want serve in a stupid shot glass. Not good for the owwnner. Never come back again i don't recomed this place. To who is lokin for spaninc experiencia

It's not a family place, it's a bad taste jointThey don't have enough cards to see the menu. They don't have what their menu says. Omg terrible!!
