Lady inside messed up my 2 orders because she had earbuds in while taking order. She was extremely rude when I came back and asked for an exchange for the orders she made wrong. She said I had half eaten them, when I clearly showed her they were melting since I had to come back a long way to bring them back. Also, the mango flavor was rotten and she said it’s not her fault that the mango flavor (which I did not even ask for) was rotten. For a small business, you should try being nice to your customers for once, not be rude just because you messed up their order. If you will purchase from them, you should ask for a receipt because they don’t even give you one. It’s such a waste of money because I did not even eat them and did not get my money back or an exchange.
If I could give a zero star review, I would. 0/10 bad customer service. flavors used for shaved ice tasted rotten.

The syrups are good but it's not worth waiting 20 to 30 minutes for a shave ice because once you pay you don't get your money back, only one person attends, too much work for so many people, the owner is an abuser. until you're tired of waiting. That amount of people, when you see that you don't want to wait, instead of ordering you go somewhere else. There have been 7 people without scraping without ordering, tired of waiting, this happens on Saturday and Sunday so don't even look here.

I have always bought the raspadillas here, because they did it very well... but today Sunday 07/16/23 I was disappointed, it seems as if I am eating ice alone, without any flavor, it is the first time that it has happened to me and the I really do not know if I will return. Normally they put enough sweet in it, but now it doesn't have any color, I ordered Mango and strawberry, but the strawberry flavor can't be seen or felt... there's only bland ice.
