This is a nice Cuban bakery. Wide selection of juices, shakes, refreshments, and coffee available. Came looking for a great Cuban sandwich. Tried the Media Noche and left satisfied. The Media Noche bread as well as the Cuban Sandwich bread are both made here. Definitely a plus since most places offering Cuban Sandwiches make them with French Bread (please stop). Will definitely return for more during our next visit. The Media Noche is good. From a Cuban perspective, I suggest slicing the pork thinner, using at least 1 more slice of sweet ham, and using thinner sweet pickles. Overall it is a good as I've found in the NY area. The service is quick and friendly. The Cortadito coffee is delish.

I recently had the most wonderful experience with this bakery for my baby shower cake, and I can't recommend them enough! I wanted something no frills that felt nostalgic, and taste that would remind me of my childhood, Cuba Bakery delivered beyond my expectations. My mom, being the amazing Cuban mom she is, found this gem of a bakery, and I’m so grateful she did. I went with a Tres Leches cake with guava filling, and not only was it absolutely delicious, but it was not heavy or overly sweet. The cake was decorated in blue and was so adorable — everything I hoped for and more.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Freddy, who went out of his way to help me carry the boxes to the Uber. I came all the way out to Union City from downtown Brooklyn for this cake, and I’m so glad I did. It was leagues above anything I could’ve found in Brooklyn! If you're looking for a bakery that brings warmth, flavor, and that special touch, this is the place.
We also got a order of 50 pastelitos and the 50 cangrenitos - which were also great!

Costly
Cuban sandwich has fat in the meat they don’t speak English sat at a table napkin dispense was dirty not going there again need to put people who speak english and from the looks of the reviews that I’m reading, it doesn’t seem like the owner or the manager likes when a person writes a review about their restaurant because they’re stating the truth. The food is tasteless. There’s mold on the cakes then when you write a review the owner or manager does not like to be put in its place. That’s very unprofessional to call somebody out because they put a review on your bakery FYI, I’ve been to Cuban bakeries where they have style and decorations. Your bakery is very plain. Your employees need to smile a little more.
