Employees Do NOT cut pizza. Call to speak to manager JESSICA and she does understand English and just says I give you free pizza. This locations owner obviously does not choose proper people to manage location to keep maintain standards. Speed of the leader, speed of the team. But it always starts with the OWNER! Don’t waste your time as there is nothing quality about the food, the service and the management along with the owner at this location. . JUST A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION. Great hire for management, someone who can not handle consumer dissatisfaction conversationally speaking.

Overall a very disappointing customer service experience. After 18 minutes following my order being “ready” the staff stated it was made incorrectly. The staff attempted several times to give me other pizzas that were made instead of my order. I was then insulted with a refund after I asked for the order placed. Finally after 36 mins I received my order to find that it was incorrect again. I decided to go home in frustration.

I am absolutely blown away by Domino's Pizza these days!!!!! Their pizza is absolutely delicious...the rewards program blows me away!!! I just ate my FREE pizza!!!! It was so yummy and I love their bread bowls and the Parmesan cheese bites are absolutely to die for!!!! And not only is the pizza and food amazing amazing...the employees are equally incredible!!! Their so professional and kind!!!! I live three blocks away so I usually just do carry out...every time I arrive they raise their hands to welcome me...their so busy but always take the time to be kind and amicable!!!! Whomever is managing the store and all his employees deserve huge raises!!!! I have never ever received a burnt pizza from this location.... every pizza and food item I have ordered has been cooked to perfection!!! Thank you all so much and hats off to the new CEO .. He has changed Domino's over the past several years to an old outdated fledgling pizza company to the...in my opinion...the NUMBER ONE PIZZA CORPORATION in AMERICA!!!! Congratulations on an incredible job...well done!!!!?
