I know they close at 12 but come on. I was walking my dog and we were passing this Dunkinâ Donuts at 12:05. The service window was open and the employee there refused to sell me a pup cup for my dog. Offered cash and he still refused Charlie, which is a 1 year old Golden Doodle who whenever he sees a Dunkinâ Donuts sign tries to drag me there for a pup cup. No heart, Charlie was definitely sad and didnât understand why.

Absolutely Horrible Service â Never Again! I went into Dunkinâ today and placed a big order, including a dozen donuts. Guess what? They didnât even have the donuts I wanted. Fine, that happens sometimes. But when I asked them to simply refund me and only charge for the products they actually had, the worker flat out refused.
I even tried to be reasonable and suggested a fair exchange: two pre-pack ice creams that cost the same (and I was even willing to pay the difference if needed). Again, a straight-up âNO.â Zero flexibility, zero customer care.
What made it worseâand honestly disgustingâwas that the worker had just come out of the bathroom, went straight to handling donuts without gloves, and still expected me to accept the order. That is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable.
In the end, I walked away without taking anything, yet the charge is STILL sitting on my account. Unbelievable.
I am shocked at the arrogance, the lack of respect for health standards, and the complete absence of basic customer service. If this is how Dunkinâ is training their staff, they seriously need to rethink their priorities. I will never be coming back, and I recommend everyone think twice before spending their hard-earned money here.

they have only gotten my order of veggie cream cheese right once I have come here plenty of times to be disappointed. also ask for the receipt everytime they will charge you other things as well. I never leave reviews but this place is frustrating to just get a bagel.
Theyâre very good. The only thing is the decaf on tap. They have the label on the keg but they take out a giant tub of decaf coffee; which is a no-go for me.
