The cashier has attitude and doesnât have patience, and the food is cold and has mold on it, I donât recommend this Dunkinâ Donuts, save your money and go somewhere else where the food and cashier is great unlike this Dunkinâs donut

I came here on Wednesday .I ordered a strawberry refresher with oat milk. Upon receiving my drink it tasted funny like the milk went bad. I told the lady that if I can swap it for something else because the milk taste rotten. She starts to talk about how itâs not rotten, just starts to ramble for a minute and that I would have to purchase another drink. They didnât even BOTHER to go check because âoat milk doesnât go badâ excuse me? I told her fine Iâll buy another drink. Itâs a very Spanish area so they WILL always get away with this kind of behavior. Be AWARE!

This is the most Rude, Disrespectful, Ignorant and arrogant employee of the year, also for the years to come. She only communicates by shouting and yelling to the costumes, I was waiting for my order and she told me that she gave it to me already, until the other employee told her that she gave to someone else, she started to yelling at me and the other employees that was my fault in front of a crowed store. Even if she had told me, it would be impossible to understand her horrible english.

If I can give a negative star, this would be the time. I went to the store, intending on picking up some donut holes for a treat, asked the guy a question and he had no clue and was not willing to help. Told me to put in a mobile order. I immediately left. I get better service in the city and more donut hole flavors anyways.

This is actually my first review on anything. The workers don't really care at all. The proportions of the drinks are always different, it's like every worker has a different sense of proportions, but something they all share in share in common is always serving less of the actual flavor and more of water/ice/green tea. Today was the las straw, they served me my drink in a cup that had a hole in it. I understand this is minimum wage job, but at least have some standards
My coffee was just put on the counter by staff and it fell off the counter. The staff refused to replace it. Cashier had a terrible service didnât get the order correct initially for trying to move to quickly.
