The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY SINGLE THING THE DRINK SHOULD COME WITH ! , LIKE WHIP CREAM OR CRAMEL , WHEN YOU COMPLAIN TO THEM THE STRAIGHT UP INGORE YOU , they need to get new staff who knows how to work with customer service cause this store definitely doesn’t have it , when to pick up door dash or Uber eats they don’t have the food ready and ingore you when trying to pick up , and the manger doesn’t care when customers are treated poorly this and the dunkin on 21st in north Bergen ARE absolutely the worst customer service in my life , I’m over all the Dunkin’ Donuts in union city!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars my mother ordered a decaf coffee for medical reasons and they did regular the only reason we knew was because we were watching in the car I’m very annoyed and frustrated I want this issue investigated. Very rude

I go here twice a day at night they are understaffed. They allow homeless people to hang out in the restaurant asking for food while you order this is dangerous ........

Food is obviously good, because it's Baskin and Dunkin in general. But the service here is very bad, there's only two people working with so many online orders and in-store customers. They are very tired and sometimes even rude as a result. You need to wait for approximately 2 business days for them to come greet you and take your order, that too if you wait at the counter and make them realised you have been waiting since long.

The worst customer service I have ever come across, I had been here just few minutes ago, and waited patiently for 15 to 20 minutes as the person was taking care of other customer, but once that person leaves and even after me calling me excuse for twice still he didn’t respond, when I mentioned him I am waiting here for 15 minutes his answer was so pathetic, he says me “so what can I do”? Is this what a customer service is? Is this what a customer should be replied even after waiting for 15 minutes at the mid night when there is no busy time as well. So pathetic service. Hope you change the person!
