One question, is the bagel with cream cheese just bread or does it also have a little cream cheese? I just bought 3 and they hardly put any cheese on them, oh I forgot, the donuts are getting smaller and smaller.

It's the dirtiest place I've ever seen, what a shame if that's what you see, I can't imagine what you don't see, they never sweep the garbage, it bounces around and it stinks, I'll never go back.

Ordered 2 lattes and paid 9.15. One of them was filled with milk and I asked them to fix it. Seems like they poured off some of it and just filled it with regular coffee.. unfortunately I ended up throwing it out... Very careless..

Orders are messed up way too often. Went back three times in one day. Workers blamed new staff but couldnt manage getting the order right the first time. Been coming here for years, i dont think i am anymore. Gotta do better

My names Giovanna I came here to grab a quick bite and coffee I ordered the mini everything bagel bites I took a bite of my bagel bite and it was cold in the middle so I gave it back to them I expected them to make me new ones but one coworker put my bitten bagel bite into the oven with the other ones. he picked it up with his gloves and proceeded to continue with his other orders he doesn't know if I have covid or not he could've contaminated everyone's order I suggest customers to be very careful

This place horrible.. New staff don't how to take order for a simple coffee.. Where the heck is the manager of this place. The pumpkin ? was hard like a freaking rock and a bagel with so call cream cheese well I got to say I'm still looking for the cream cheese... Someone needs to do something about this place.. I'm taking my business some where else..that for sure..
