This food is amazing. I like to consider myself young and healthy. I watch what I eat, I exercise regularly and from time to time still indulge. During the work week I am busy and do not want to think about what to eat. I recently saw a promo code online for Eat Well Kitchen and decided to give them a shot. I saw the brussel sprouts on Instagram and they looked delicious. I ordered through their website. It was a seamless process and the food arrived quickly. The portion was bigger than I expected and the chicken thighs were the best chicken I have ever had. Whoever the owner is I hope he highly considers doing a meal prep type of program because I would be a loyal customer for life.
