- English I was peacefully enjoying my birthday sharing cake with my family and friends when all of a sudden I reached for my strawberry and noticed furry grey, white, & green specks. I further inspected & came to a realization that it was MOLD! I immediately spit the cake out of my mouth from how disgusted I was. I attempted to give the cake back for a refund even though we already cut into it considering the fact that multiple people had bit into the strawberries & they straight up told me to my face “We can't do anything about it but replace the strawberries” She took her fork & knife & took a piece of it to try & quoted “nothing is wrong with it” After that all she did was stare at me as she called her boss who didn't answer. This place is absolutely disgusting & should be checked by Health Inspectors. So I ordered a coffee this morning and it taste like water. I literally threw it out the clumps of boiled milk, and I left a 50cent tip she should have gotten Nothing. Disgusting never again

Imagine spending on several cakes and the day you are going to buy your cake for your wedding they deliver it to you with an embedded finger, after speaking with the manager, who initially didn't want to help, tells me that nothing can be done about it. First suggestion was to return the money to the client and go to the house to look for another one, after half fixing it the "MANAGER" tells me: well it shows that your wedding is not going to last!! Even the customers who are there were surprised... well. I hope at least the cake is deliciousEdit 1: Several cakes have been bought here but I don't know if they will continue to be bought. You ask for respect who sells a cake saying that your marriage is not going to last! What a lack of professionalism, my God.Edit 2: It clearly looks like it was two fingers so I made sure to take photos.Edit 3: The manager treated my mother very reluctantly and said that nothing could be done and that the wedding was not going to last long. You could tell that the manager was in a very bad mood before talking to us. That is a lack of respect and in front of several clients there, in fact before leaving the clients said congratulations to the bride and groom out of shame.Edit 4: The cakes we buy here are not cheap, but they are delicious, I have already bought several cakes here. The only thing the manager could do was supposedly return $6 and he didn't even apologize.

My favorite bakery, the bread is fresh and delicious. The service is phenomenal. I like the way they make breakfasts, the huevos pericos are a delight! Even Tolimense tamales are a heavenly delicacy. It also has tamales Vallunos ! And I can say that here is the best pandebono, what a delicious bread!
