The kitchen is disgusting, the service is horrible, the yellow plates are so used ?? and the place seems to have insects and rodents and I didn't even try the food after waiting an hour because it made me sick.

I had a bad experience in this restaurant. It is the first time I go to that restaurant with my partner. The waitress has a tremendous attitude that is not correct in a restaurant. She does not deserve the tip for that attitude because sheI politely told him to clean the table that was a little dirty and he gave me a tremendous face from here to the Chinese one and then he brought me my plate of food with the spoon inside my silver with the way he serves people I give him 0 and he boldly puts the tip as if they deserve it

This was our 1st time here with a togo order and we will definitely be back! Two of us had the half chicken, fried rice and salad. One had the half chicken, white rice and salad and the other ordered the Lomo Saltado and we had two orders of Maduros. Delicious!! Chicken was flavorful and juicy, the fried rice was good and the salad had beets and a good dressing. The Maduros were also very tasty. The yellow sauce it comes with is very good with a kick. Prices I thought were good and we will 100% come back here again.

I would have walked out with my family hadn't it been for the time of the day and the fact that we were super hungry. We walked in to a smothering heat blasting on our faces. I asked the waitress if it could be lowered, and she said "it's already been turned off" sounding annoyed. I figured she must have been tired, so I just said thank you. A 20 minutes later I came to understand that place must not have a mid level setting because we were freezing. Of course at this point I just stayed quiet and let it be lolThe main ossue however came as we ordered right in the beginning. I looked up and right across from the main door was a glass counter with a peruvian torta helada, which is cake with jello on top. The jello was completely melted and the cake looked so old. That little attention to detail and/or complete disregard for how they may appear to the public is what concerned me. Out of the 6 people with me half wanted out and the other halfbsaid "it's late". So we stayed. The food was just OK. It's not a place I would go back to. We came thinking it was a different place, but this new name threw us of. The previous place was called something "Sol".At the end of the late dinner I made my way to the bathroom and found the kitchen door wide open and impossible not to cross as I made my way to the men's restroom. To my surprise, right on the kitchen floor mear the door by the restrooms was a bucket with meat inside its plastic packaging. I pray this was defrosting and I just ask once again. Aside from how unsafe it is to have melted cade and jello out for the public or meat on the floor in an establishment that was burning up in heat when we came in. Why oh why would you be so bold and display these as if you were proud. I'm in complete disbelief. The manager seemed to be Caribbean and the 2 waitresses sounded Venezuelan. The manager waved at my group and asked me if the food was good from far away. I just smiled as I helped my wife with the bags to make our way home. Another disappointing restaurant in UC.

15 Years of ordering from this restaurant and always give a $3 to $5 tip. Never have I had one complaint.Lomo Saltado was on the menu for $17 and some change. On the receipt it is $18. 20 and a mystery charge of .22 cents which was explained was to buy the bag... What is the discrepancy of the prices? No one could say why. Taste was average however, not up to the normal standards that we normally receive. The portion sizes are generous. Love and I mean LoVe Their Whole Chicken.I hope and pray this is a one off but the prices need to be worked out! Charging for bags is insanity because the food it hot and it could spill and burn a person, so common sense dictates that it would be included.P.S. Kids could not wait for me to take the pictures so the portion size in picture does not reflect the actual size. It just shows the food.

First and last time I'm going to eat at this place. Before asking to order, I asked if the prices were the same as on the menu or if there was any difference, they told me they were the same, only that they added taxes (everywhere taxes are added at the end, to the total amount). On the menu it said: choros a la chalaca $12, whole chicken $30, jar of chicha morada $12. But when I asked for the bill, other prices were listed and in the end the taxes again, that seems a robbery to me and on top of that inflated amount they add 15% (I suppose it will be the tip). Apart from that, the taste of the food leaves a lot to be desired, the chicha morada seems to be overdone, nothing special. I attached a photo, if you want to go, think twice if it's worth it.
