I ate here everything so good I had a salad and chicken and yuca Frita delicious. I personally love their tres leches cake so good . One thing I was worry the ladies bathroom door it didn't locked I was concern I just hope they fix and the toilet didn't flush all the way I know those things can be fixable . I do recommend if you want to eat here. The customer service was good .

My first time coming here and I got a chicken chop chop bowl ($11.99) which was a 5 out of 5! The chicken was well seasoned which was a pleasant surprise. I also ordered a side of tostones ($4.19) The menu has many options, the service was extremely friendly and patient. Safe to say, I will be returning!
I should hire staff who are willing to work. It was 8:45 to close and the girl who works didn't want to sell me takeaway and she didn't want to serve me.

I ordered the family meal which was Moro rice , fries and whole chicken with an order of yuca fries. The food was not good!! The Moro rice had no flavor and the chicken tasted old and no seasoning whatsoever. The only things that were good were the yuca fries and the fries. Almost $50 inedible food. I used to order from them before and the food had flavor I have no idea what happened maybe it was a bad day !!

I used to come here all the time with my mother.. at least 20+ years ago. Sadly she has since past. I finally went again last week after all this time.. it was the same just how I remembered it!! The place is very clean and the service was very good. When I tasted the food it brought back all of those wonderful memories of my mother ❤️ same delicious taste and same warm feeling!!

So, here we have the new menu rebranded Pollo Supremo!!!! Woot!!It’s pretty good actually. Except one thing.For the area getting a decent salad isn’t easy, believe or don’t. They have a really decent salad. All the side stuff is good and the staff is nice.The chicken…no. It’s kind of dry. Chick King two doors down beats them easily. Also, the decor is kind of dreary. Get to go.Parking: It’s Bergenline Ave. it’s ridiculous. Park elsewhere and walk.
