I really like the food here ☺️ I don’t speak much Spanish but they understand! Defiantly very nice to me when I come in to pick up food. Papusas are so good here. 💕 I don’t go here much but when I get the chance I am always getting the same thing lol! They do such a nice job.

On Wednesday. These 2 waitresses worked so well together and backed up each other. 2 waitresses on Wednesday. The best customer service. My churassco was cooked finally the way I asked to be cooked. Before my beverage ran out. The other one was on its way.
Carlos today was the best dinner experience I have ever had and waitress hospitality 👍👍👍

I order quite often from here and it kills the ladies to add extra sauce. I wrote it in the notes to add 4 and it’s always one. By the way the sauces are always half full. I ordered for 4 people and one sauce isn’t enough

They never give you napkins for take out orders and when you ask they act like they don’t hear you: Add napkins to the take out orders

We’ve been repeat customers- until tonight when we found a thin STRIP OF METAL (the type of metal from a steel sponge that you use to scrub pots with) embedded in the masa of the tamal de pollo. When we called the restaurant to let them know, the woman who answered told my husband in Spanish she didn’t want to hear his complaint because she has “nothing to do with the kitchen”. My husband then asked for the manager only for the manager to say in the end that “mistakes can happen” (he did offer a replacement but we didn’t want that. We were just informing them so it doesn’t happen to someone else).

If my husband was eating the tamal with huge bites not paying attention, he would have ingested this metal. Do you know what could happen to a person let alone a baby or little kid if they ate this strip of metal? Your stomach and intestines are SOFT and can be punctured. You might not pass this through your digestive system and have it embedded in you instead of staying embedded in the tamal.

For the staff to take this so lightly is inexcusable. A hair would have been one thing but metal? And the fact that they didn’t want to hear about it and handled the situation so poorly? They failed to say they would address and correct the situation with the kitchen and it certainly was a fail with the ill- mannered woman who answered the phone. No way will we order from here again. NEVER AGAIN. If you decide to eat here, we suggest you check each bite of food carefully. You will have to eat at your own risk because clearly they don’t care and do not have the knowledge nor the ability to handle food safety issues.

I ordered food at that restaurant, it didn't look good, pork chops were very dry nor did it taste good and they made me pay the check regardless; I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. That was a bad experience for me. I even contacted the business and asked for the manager, they said he or she was not available nor can they provide the name of the manager ?‍♂️

I don't remember her name. Please send me your email and I can discuss in detail with you. Thanks!

The food? is very good ? but the service with the waitress is terrible ?I must say that the customer is not obliged to leave the amount of tip that they demand ?since the tip is optional and is earned through customer service ? I'm not a rude person, but I like to be treated with respect, because I never lack respect, thank you

Great food. I ordered breakfast which consisted of scrambled eggs with veggies, mashed beans which were awesome! El Salvadorian cheese with two tortillas with grilled chicken. The Jamaica is sweet but refreshing. Great music (Sonora Dinamita) among other great artists. Service was ok. I will be back for sure

Amazing traditional Salvodorian food! Tried variety of pupasas, baleadas, and tamales everything tasted homemade, great portions, and on point. Never leave reviews but this was so delicious I had to.
