It would not be a good option if you are looking to relax and eat something without shouting because of the excessive sound of the music. I think it is exaggerated or they are deaf. Too noisy for a restaurant.

I ordered Sopa de res on Sat Nov 25, 2023--it was disgusting, I found a roach on my soup. It was the worst experience. They need to be more care when preparing for their customers. I would never buy anything from this place in my lifetime.

I love the food, but the service can be better. There was an issue ordering something I usually order (never has been a problem in the past), now theyre saying its extra $$ to get it. I walk in, genuinely asking since when is it extra & lady decides to aggressively give me the menu and begins to laugh in a corner with her other employee, & then hops on a call asking since when did they make orders the way i ordered it. The rudeness was super unnecessary. Me and my coworkers order here constantly, not anymore.

Very rude employees that work there I went to pick up a delivery and waited 30 mins and the workers did not tell me how long my order was going to take or acknowledge me and just completely ignored me!!!!

The most horrible experince. I took my wife and kids there for dinner. 1st off music was too loud, but we said ok we will deal with, and here comes the most grotest part of our experince. 1/2 through our meal, we notice the table next to us was aitting a single person which happened to be intoxicated he refused to pay his bill, and still they let him stay in the table, next thing I see the gloor around him getting wet, so I look at him and see fluid drippint from his pants, the man was urinating sitting his chair, we told the waitress she made a gesture and did nothing about, the poceded to take his shoes off and with his dirty hands grabed a sugar dispenser that was onthe table thinkingit was beer i guess and kept putting in hos mouth. We lost our appetite. Completly asked for our check and restaurant management did nothing about this men. We paid and left grossed out and this was still allowed to stay there. I will never go back there. I did not want to ba a bad person but The place could have been sht down if proper authorities were called in and saw that mess. BE VERY CAUTIOS IF YOU PLAN TO GO EAT THERE
