What a bad service I bought a cachapa and when I opened it the meat and the cheese was cold I became upset and they took the cachapa and put it in the microwave where with my eyes I berated the cook touching it with his hands I told him to measure my money backwards and I They say they can't because I paid by card.

Please keep up the quality of the empanadas, I was very disappointed with my last order. The cheese empanadas were missing the cheese. We have always been fans of your empanadas.
The service was very inefficient, I ordered an arepa, it took many minutes to give me the food, I had to watch 3 more people receive theirs, arepa among them, having arrived after me, something so basic in service, I don't know how it can be so inept at work.

I called the store to confirm and they did not want to talk to me and said to call Uber Eats. These prices are too high for such small portions. This will barely feed five people.
