I love the food and service, what I don't love is the portion sizes. I ordered a regular size enchiladas and a kids meal. They plating is the same for both, the size for rice and beans is the same but I'm paying double for the regular enchiladad meal. I remember ordering food here 4 years ago, regular size meals were given in a different plate so there was more rice and beans, the enchiladas were bigger but this time I received small enchiladas so they can fit in the plate and had almost no sauce. Prices are higher but the food got smaller. This is not fair, it's also not fair that the kids Sizes vs the regular sizes are also the same. The plates they're using are for kids sizes, they are divided in 3 and the 2 smallest places are for rice and beans. Either plate regular sizes in the old containers/bigger containers or lower the prices.

1 star is an overrating. I picked up a chicken quesadilla and “super nachos” after a long day of work. Paid $30 bucks total. The nachos were so soggy the chips became pasta. The chicken quesadilla immediately fell apart was absolutely unpalatable. Never going here again. Save your hard earned money and buy a frozen pizza instead.

Consistently good food, I’ve never been disappointed by this place. I moved to Weehawken in 2021 and every single time I get food from here it’s magnificent. Yes the prices have gone up but so have the prices of materials for restaurants, I’m certain they’re increases are necessary for them to just, function and pay their employees. Regardless of that, I will keep returning. My only gripe is with the tortilla soup, that one is really really expensive for the amount that you get. But the street style tacos, the Birria tacos, the quesadillas, the enchiladas, the guacamole,… It’s always incredible.

Ordered Uber eats. This place should be ashamed of themselves. The food is absolutely nasty. You can get better Mexican at a deli. The fajita came with one giant soggy wrap no tortilla and red tomato sauce mixed into rubbery chicken. The quesadilla consisted of rice n beans no meat n a glob of cheap cheese. Called to share and they basically told me nothing they can do. The pics on the page looks diff than the fajita I was given. The chef needs to go work at the shoe parlor.
In response to owners comment: the spinach wrap was the least of my concerns. The accountability for poor quality, messy presentation, recipe and customer service for the price I paid for bad food is my concern. There’s no excuses for takeout, please take accountability. I decided to try this one last time after the last time being just as bad with an enchilada but this will be the last time I ever order from flaming burrito. I have a flaming stomach ache from the two bites before I had to throw out.

My husband & family & I have been going here for the past five years. The food is incredible. The staff is wonderful. The ambience is serene. I can’t tell you how great this place is. I love it & it feels like home & very comfortable & relaxing. Everyone who works there are total sweethearts. All the staff is attentive & kind. The chicken enchiladas with Molé sauce is our absolute favorite. The fajitas are great & salsa & chips & beans & rice, everything is superb including the delectable desserts. We made the mistake of going other places, but now we know we will never go anywhere else. As long as they’re in business, they will get our business.🥰👍🤩
Burritos are superior! Steak is juicy and tender. Ingredients are fresh. The best tres leches I’ve had in a long time!!

The service was absolutely horrible. The woman working the cashier on 10/06 was rude and dismissive. It seems like she barely wanted to take my order, when she did she was cold and not inviting. Fine I get it, your servicing food not service but when my to-go order was ready she didn't notify us at all although we were sitting directly in front of her. She had no issue chasing me down to sign a receipt but not to let me know my food order was ready. I regret tipping her. We sat in front of her for maybe 20 mins before my partner noticed that it might have been my to-go order sitting next to her the entire time. The food was MEH and the margaritas were too sweet.
