My husband and I stopped coming here because the food had gotten a little bit gross. We tried a lot of other Chinese restaurants in the area didn’t like any and came back to Francesca‘s to see and food is delicious third time coming back had to leave a good review.

The worst fried chicken wings I've ever tasted. I even drove back to the restaurant and asked them to remake my order because it was burnt and disgusting. They tried arguing with me, I didn't feed into it they remade the order which turned out tasting the same *nasty*. I'm not sure if it's the old grease or was it the chicken. I will not return.

I would give this restaurant a five star because I love their white rice with shrimp and broccoli. I pretty much always order for delivery and they sometimes get my order wrong, sometimes the person who picks up the phone hears one order, when I said two, but that’s okay. I mean their main language isn’t English and I understand that because I’m very familiar to how a non English restaurant works. They do their best to get the orders right and I love that. Their food never disappoints. I also like how they get the dirty stuff off the shrimps, for that reason I order from them because some Chinese restaurants don’t do that.

I order from this place ALOT. Food is delivered hot and always good quality. They don’t mess up orders and delivery is super fast 95% of the time (mind you I’m like 8 block away).Staff is super efficient and chill, oh and did I mention they’re cheaper then the other Chinese spots in the area? And they have mozzarella sticks! Don’t know what to not love about this place, maybe the name LOL
