I been going at least twice a month with my family . But everything is getting expencive . They add 18% gratuity and service fees plus taxes so i come out with almost 26$ extra besides food . Gratuity should be optional like many other cafe shops and restaurants. So its hard for me to go back to this cafe shop beacuse of the extra charges .

Their breakfasts are very delicious, I recommend the delicious bistro breakfast plate, orange juice and a very delicious shortbread, it is an option for breakfast, pleasant atmosphere and good service.

I love the food from here. I think they make excellent sandwiches, do great lunch deals, and have a beautiful arrangement of desserts. It is just extremely frustrating to call and try to place orders over the phone. They don’t have much English speaking staff but some of the staff doesn’t even try to understand what I am trying to say and I do speak some Spanish which makes it all the more frustrating. I literally have been hung up on without any notice multiple times because they didn’t want to listen to my order and actually assist me. Honestly, I’ve been pretty put off from coming back at this point despite loving the food and some of the amazing waitresses. I really hope they’ll improve on the phone service to make sure all the communities in the area come and support this awesome business.

1- Music was too loud. My friends and I couldn’t hear each other and the waitress properly. 2- It is not a big amount of money but charging for to go box is irritating. P.S. it was 25 cents. 3- Adding automatic gratitude for 3 people without asking is not okay. 4- There is %3 extra charging for credit cards. 5- Food was not perfect either. Hash browns smelled heavily like eggs and they were too greasy. 6- Pricing was okay. 65$ total for 3 without extra credit card charging and tips

I have been here many times during work hours and off-hours. After walking in, I was not greeted and assumed I was to grab my own menus from the counter. After sitting down, a waitress finally came up to us without greeting or welcoming us saying hello or stating her name but instead asked us to move, rudely, after sitting for 7 minutes at my table. After explaining why I feel comfortable at my seat, shortly after the same waitress came to our table to place our orders and told me they didn't have anything we wanted or asked for, "conveniently" letting us know a certain bread costed a dollar extra & upon gazing at her face, I looked at her eyes and she was so angry that I just looked at my girlfriend and told her it's time to go. Completely unprofessional and untrained in customer service. If I could speak to management further about this situation, I would be delighted. However, I don't think management cares. If I could rate this place 0 stars for this interaction I would. Avoid this place if you don't want your day ruined by untrained, impolite staff.

Nice easy breakfast in North Bergen. Omelettes were great and yes they can make a good cappuccino. The place was also spotlessly clean with friendly staff.

Tried it for the first time for breakfast and everything was soooo good !! Honestly exceeded my expectations by a lot. I got the happy breakfast and my boyfriend got the veggie ommelette. Eggs were cooked perfectly for both. The pancakes were crispy on the edges and fluffy and moist on the inside. Hash browns and home fries were crispy and delicious. Nothing needed extra salt or pepper. I will definitely be making this a once a week breakfast spot. They also have a lot of healthy choice options and really good coffee flavors. Our server was very sweet and attentive and the atmosphere was so warm and trendy at the same time. if you haven’t been yet definitely try it ! Felt like when I lived in NYC but better !!!!

Yesterday I visited this place for the first time, and I found the atmosphere to be very pleasant, the service was pleasant, the coffee, food and, needless to say, the pandebonos were delicious, we will return there.
