Open long hours, quick service, helpful staff and the pancakes are just the best. Warm fluffy and full of calories probably. Complimentary water without asking as I wasnt ordering a drink. Would definetly return again when im in the area.

Found a hair in my meal… and they only discounted it of 3$… I still had to pay for the food with the hair in it. The Orange juice is disgusting… we asked for the fresh one and it was separating in the cup… very very very bad experience. Never going back!

They put us in the wrong section at first (no wait person assigned) so it took a while to get that sorted out and to be assigned a waitperson. (Hint: we moved). But once we did, the young lady was very nice, fairly prompt and accommodating. The fare was standard for IHOP: pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage. All was fine. Better than fine. Good even.

Been going here for years but this particular Early Sunday was soooo pleasant. Our waitress was just a doll . She was soo sweet. She talked so soft and very attentive. Never got an attitude . She told us she was almost off shift as it was reaching 7 am. She showed no signs of rushing us or rushing for her self. Very sweet.

Wish can provide negative reviews. Very disappointed and disgusted at the level of service and attitude of the staff. Took over 30 min to get the table and then 1+ hour for the food to arrive. Staff was very non responsible and was not able provide time of food as we are not locals to spend half a day here. Only delivery guys were prioritied. What a shame and disaster.

Came to ihop for our son's birthday breakfast and enjoyed ourselves. Our server was so hospitable, she always had refills for our drinks before we finished them and despite being very, very busy - she was still so polite and went out of her way to sing happy birthday to my son. The food was great and their specials were very well priced. The interior of the restaurant was worn down and a little dirty, it could definitely use some revamping.

I usually visit Ihop in Brooklyn, there is something called Mexican tres leches and it comes with pancakes, but I order that same thing with waffles, when I say that the waitress tells me, that doesn't exist but it's fine, to which I reply, I always eat that when ordering, well she leaves and I had already ordered scrambled eggs that never arrived, how can a person eat without protein😒. The other thing is that the waiting time to sit down can be 20 to 25 minutes and after you sit down, you must wait for the food from 11:30 to 12:14
