I want to get the bad out of the way first. I do feel the prices are a bit on the expensive side by a few bucks, especially for a local restaurant. They charge NYC prices. They should also make sure the menu prices match what they charge. I was going to take a star away for the price but what I write next will explain why I didn't.The food here is absolutely delicious. Very good Dominican restaurant. Excellent quality dominicana dishes and superb service. The local is small, but with a nice atmosphere. The "mondongo" was awesome and, in my opinion, the best I had eaten in the area. Prices are a bit high for this type of establishment, but the quality of the food compensates any difference and I think it is worth it.
Very good service and the girls were very beautiful and friendly, it was my first time. And I loved it, I ordered something basic to try the seasoning, rice, beans and baked chicken. And it was delicious. For dessert, I ordered a piece of Dominican arepa. Wow, that was the end, every bite took me back to my childhood when my grandmother prepared that arepa for me back in the Dominican Republic.
