Staff was great. I ordered the Tues special 8 pieces for 10.00. the chicken I received looked like it was twice fried. It was dark and some pieces were dry. That's a large feat especially when it is dark meat which is usually moist. The crust was so hard I had to take it off and just eat the chicken. Clean location and staff was nice and friendly however it looked like the food was either fried multiple times or the grease was old.

Don't eat kfc it's a fraud those are not the wedges they had bootleg steak fries very badly cut i lived 5 blocks away and been going there for 30 years and stopped eating there when they stopped making wedges so somebody told me wedges are back but that was false those are the worst steak fries I ever had not wedges so me and my family won't eat there no more I guess till they get the original wedges that my kids like!

Love the food I this specific kfc food but lacks customer service they are extremely slow and drive threw guy had an attitude today and he did not get all my order correctly and as far as sauces for 12 pieces of chicken I got 5pcks of ketchup and 2 packs of honey & today the chicken was slightly over cooked

Horrible service, not surprised if KFC is the next franchise to go bankrupt thanks to franchises like this. Homeless people hanging around the dining area doing drugs in the bathroom and staff does nothing to remove them. Placed an online order for pick up and was asked to wait inside the location for 40 min because they didn’t have it ready. Get home check my order and turns out items where missing. Incompetent staff, not worth the time. Avoid this location

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever………..
Don’t come to this KFC In Union City, NJ
"My experience at Union City, NJ KFC was appalling.Order number BF83B via UberEats took 2 hours – incorrect delivery handling by 3 different uber eats drivers (as we can see the tracking on map and taking super long)and my husband had to pick up in person. He encountered Manager Elizabeth,formerly his coworker, who embodied rudeness(giving my husband a nasty attitude – ignoring issues and walking away. Food quality mirrored service: cold, soggy chicken, warm coleslaw, congealed mashed potatoes – utterly disgusting. Elizabeth's behavior failed every customer service standard; her negligence and rudeness destroyed trust. This location desperately needs management overhaul – Elizabeth's conduct reflects poorly on KFC brand. Immediate action required to restore faith."

If I were a manager or higher up I would definitely get rid of Elizabeth as a so, called manager because, this is bad vibes for the business and she has no customer service skills as you can see. You want people who work for your business and brand that bring people to your business not give negative reviews and never want to return here again I will definitely be telling this to Walter who I also know that is the main store manager and I will also tell KFC Corporate Management to complain about her nasty behavior. If u don’t know how to handle complaints or communicate properly with customers then you shouldn’t work in a fast food restaurant with the public.
My Husband and I Will never return here again. You all need new management and new leadership team to handle customers with respect and polite kind service.
