Totally bummed out after my visit to La Popusa Loca - giving it 1 star. I was excited to try it out but ended up super disappointed. The food wasn't anything to write home about, but what really got to me was the billing mess. They tacked on a 15% tip right off the bat, then slipped in two extra $4 charges labeled 'gratuity fees'. When I asked what the deal was, the waitress (who hadn't been all that great to begin with) said they messed up and marked them as 'take out fees'....read full review
