I finally got to try out this local spot after years of driving by. My entire party was very happy with the food. The portions are crazy big. Food was very tasty and well prepared. The wait staff was extremely helpful with my questions and very nice as well. Sometimes it was a bit difficult to flag someone down for help. The atmosphere and decor is lacking. The place is clean but dated. But aside from that I would definitely return here. The food and portions are worth it.

Terrible service, I ordered a meal and even asked for extra spicy dressing, and as I said when I called, it doesn't matter, I pay the extra, but apart from the fact that they don't send the extra that was requested, they send the food without flavorless dressing, they've already done the same thing 3 times , and the only thing the waitress did was say we'll send it to you again, how can someone order again from a restaurant where they don't send the food as one orders it where they are being told please don't forget to send what extra I pay and In the end, there is something missing, apart from that they do not provide a solution to keep the customer happy, I was a waitress, I worked in a restaurant, I know that sometimes mistakes happen but as a waitress you have to solve it, not saying for the other, for the other, the important thing is keep the customer happy so that the customer comes back but here they lose customers apart from that they also lose recommendation for my friends, why a restaurant with terrible service that does not solve errors that they created is better not to return because it has already happened 3 times and they come back to do it again

Very bad service and poorly educated staff and those who should be putting the order are useless because instead of giving orders they let themselves be bossed around for the horrible food they serve and on top of that they charge us tips for bad service that their employer gives them. You have to pay, not us. I mean, as I understand it, your employer pays you to work there and on top of that, they force us to pay for your service. I didn't like it at all. I'm never coming back.

Delicious food with hugeeee portions. We loved the mixed chaufa, and pollo a la pobre as well as the duck with Chinese noodles. We have enough food for a whole other meal. Everything was very flavorful and fresh. Plus the parking in this city is difficult but there’s a Huge lot for this restaurant and its neighboring sites. We will return!

dirty atmosphere terrible service food not good for my taste salty food and on top of that when they bring you your receipt they charge you 15% for service, tips, your employer pays for that, not us consumers, and a client should have the option to decide how much of tip do you want to give or if you don't want to give, please see your receipts, it's not correct, I won't come back again and what bothers me the most is that a haughty cook knocked on my horrible husband's bathroom door and then he didn't even apologize and on top of that he Verbally insulted horrible place.
