Personally, they always catch me with the service whether by phone or in person. In my call requesting the service of a leg to pick up on December 31. The lady who answered my call was excellent.Unlike the person who answered the call on the 31st, I told her that I would arrive to pick up my order at 7:03, she saying in the rudest way that they closed at 7, I told her please excuse me, I was late but I only arrived in 3 minutes. late if she could help me and she was very upset and in the worst way she told me nooo, lady, do you think I don't have a family? I'm leaving at 7, who told her to be late! I arrived at 7:02 and they were checking out, it seems like they were leaving later and he shouted behind the door "it's closed" he was told he was picking up an order and he reluctantly handed it over. Order $170.of pastry for my mother celebration of lifeThey came in soggy boxesPastry for party's go on plates all was damaged the bread on sandwiches was hard .am taking this bakery to small claims this is not cuban any more .all I order never got to me only 4 items go to the party ...bad business
The woman at the counter assumed I couldn’t speak Spanish and was very rude. She then purposely gave me the wrong food and I was then given the wrong change $10 short. I left instead of arguing since they clearly didn’t care but I definitely won’t be coming back.

Lots of pastries to choose from but since Im from the West coast and I'm not from the area, this was my first time to any bakery in NJ. So I didn't know what I wanted. When I asked what each item was, I felt a little rushed to choose. I did enjoy what I chose in the end. The cafe con leche was perfect.
