Used to be a great restaurant to go to . now they serve you chicken that's not fully cooked .. soups that are water down with no consistency whatsoever. there taste is going downhill !! it must be due to supposably new helpers in the kitchen I was told by the two girls that work there..

Was excited to try this place because of the fond memories of having Cuban food on Bergenline ave.. My mom and I were happy with the bread, Cuban coffee, ropa vieja, and tostones. Whoever the Rabo Encendido and lechon were tasteless, fatty, and practically inedible. At $9.70 a plate, the amount of meat vs fat was disgusting. The moros was tasteless and lacked seasoning As for the service, it started out ok, but the waitress forgot about us for awhile which only made yhe experience worse.

Out with the wife and the youngest. I'm biased when it comes down to Latin American Restaurant. This place is where I brought so many friends and so called friends ;). By saying all of this, I mean well. The Cuban style Stake would be the best!!! The croquetas are great and my favorite drink Materva. Yes :) I would recommend to everyone!!!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon as I was working in the area. I first ordered the oxtails which is the Sunday special. Unfortunately they were out of oxtails and my waitress recommended the rotisserie chicken with rice with black beans and salad. So i took her recommendation. Chicken was rubbery. Hardly could cut it with a knife. Skin of the chicken was unchewable. Unchewable is a word that i made up on yelp and is in the Dulce dictionary. Rice with beans was tasteless. Total let down. I did order a mamey milk shake which i have to say was very good. My word of advice. Dont order food and get a milk shake, your better off

My family and I have been going to this place for years. The food is absolutely delicious, the drinks are well served, the cuban coffee that they make is awesome...I have never never been to another place who makes such a yummy sangria! The food portions are just perfect, sometimes you can even share with other people...and the best part of all is that they prices are SUPER!!!!! The staff is friendly, caring and always courteous.

Went for breakfast with a friend and it was very good. Cafe con leche was delicious and oh the bread, could have eaten the entire basket. Will be back for dinner. Even dealing with the joys of parking around Bergenline Ave was worth it!

Had a great meal there last night. Great Sangria and ham, salami, cheese appetizer. Once the appetizer came it was so large that I wouldn't of had to order a large entree. It served Four people. All our entrees were excellent. I could only eat 1/2 of my short ribs and sausage. I look forward to a great dinner with it tonight. All other guests were equally pleased with what they had. Very reasonably priced food and drinks. Had a feast for a very reasonable price. The wait staff were very helpful and equally nice and pleasant. I have eaten here for years, but haven't been here in a few years. I am glad that it is still a great place to eat.
