I ordered a pizza on the app and it said there was an issue. My credit card got charged so i called. They told me my order was canceled and hung up on me. I called back again to get help. They hung up again. I’m now standing in the store for ten minutes. Still nothing

The thing that Little Caesars is known for across the world. The hot and ready pizza is never hot nor never ready. I went in there the other day and paid for a hot and ready pizza. Then they told me they were Not hot or ready, and they don't do that anymore. Instead of letting me grab a pizza out of the hot and ready box plastered with the logo hot and ready. They said that they were already people's orders. I then had to wait a substantial amount of time for my supposed, hot and ready pizza.

There’s an older male employee who has made inappropriate, suggestive comments to my girlfriend when she visits alone. We’ve also heard from others, including staff, that this kind of behavior has made them uncomfortable as well. It’s upsetting that nothing seems to be done about it. Customers and employees should feel safe and respected here.
Edit: the fact that the owner chose not to respond to this review when they respond to every other review here shows they’d rather protect this employee than the young women who have to deal with this.
