Food and service ? are great. This restaurant is clean, and the staff is great. They know how often come around without making you feel like you overstayed your welcome.

My go to place for churrasco skirt steak. Sent my friends from Costa Rica here and they raved about the place. Service can take long depending on the season. They also have a small bar and dance floor away from the dining area during the evenings. Always have a great time here.

Used to come here with my high school buddies back in the day and while it was entertaining, filling and tasty overall, I don't think it was ever meant to be a 4-star restaurant. So for me, whenever I went, I was happy to be with friends, sharing sangria and tasting a pretty decent chimi sauce on a so-so steak. What's not to like? What probably sent this place downhill were the thin margins that most restaurants face and then the watering down of the product and service as the place became more and more touristy - they probably just stopped caring. It was fun while it lasted, we had a few good nights starting off there.

I AM writing this on Friday, October 1, 2021, 4:44PM, ET. The management of Mi Bandera decided to close until the end of the covid19/coronavirus pandemic. I saw this signage about a week ago, but this was the first time I was able to make note of them on Google Maps. Nonetheless, prior to the covid19/coronavirus pandemic, I had dined at Mi Bandera restaurant three times. All three times, the service was impeccable, the prices were reasonable and the food was muy delicioso! I stand for the Miracle that one of the best Hispanic restaurants in Union City, NJ, reopens their doors.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. It has a calming atmosphere and a great decor. The place in the back looks amazing. Our group of kids and adults enjoyed equally.

Accidentally happened upon this new restaurant. Great ambiance and theres a hidden terrace in the rear that compliments this Mexican based bistro/cafe. The food was delicious. The French Toast was thick and tasty. I had the breakfast special which came with eggs, ribeye and tostones. It really hit the spot with the the combination of flavors. My family had the mango drinks which were delicious. Beautiful boleros playing in the background and the overall aesthetic was lovely. Great place to try out!

Roaches crawling around the dining room. Enough said. I will never sit there for a dinner.

The service is impressively fast. Also, the food you get is outstanding. I frequent often and I was always joyful. The cost is modest. I suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

Best churrasco I've ever had. I've been coming here for about 8 years now and churrasco is always done to perfection. Never dissapoints. And their house chimichuri and red sauce is amazing! Sangria- is also amazing.

I used to enjoy coming here with my family when I was a little girl but this time I wasn't happy, no one at my table was able to finish their meal. I told the waitress that the appetizer was over cooked HARD and tasted like cardboard and she just ignored me as if it were a joke. (I didn't say the cardboard part.)When you go to a restaurant and notice that the appetizer isn't edible you should stop and go somewhere else. I noticed another table sent their food back and complained about something but I didn't want to be too nosy but that was a sign. Tasteless, oily, soupy/ watery rice, too much garlic, over cooked shrimp...that's what I could think about that night. The waitress didn't even offer my niece ketchup with her kids meal to cancel the horrible flavors. Now I know why I stopped coming here.
