This is my 2nd location in my area and it just disappointing that I pay more than $10 for oatmeal and it's not even warm then I ask for brown sugar and it's $1 for brown sugar, a $1? Lmao yeah I think it's over for me as a playa bowl customer. I seriously would like my money back for this.

everything was great other than the actual bowl. it tasted weird and spicy almost smokey, i was very dissatisfied and disappointed i really wanted to like it but it was hard to eat very gross tasting . maybe it was just a one time thing as there other flavour bowls are good , but i don’t know .

Bowls Were Great!
Was enjoying some with my friends when this lady gave one of the workers a hard time claimining she paid for extra nutella. the employee explained she put the extra nutella below and above the fruit because it can stick to the top of the bowl when you open it if you put too much on top. even after the employee offered to put more and even on the side the lady kept giving her a hard time and denied the help. Kudos to the worker for keeping calm and being proffessional! will be back to enjoy!

I often visit the location in Navy yard Washington DC.
Recently moved to this neighborhood.
The place was empty on a 90° day so it was super slow, The team seems somewhat passive aggressive towards new customers coming in.it started at the register..:
I ordered a tire and the cashier was super confused about what I wanted.. The guy on the blender, forgot to add spirulina to the smoothie, when I mentioned it? The young lady was nodding her head yes Yesas if the smoothie had spirulina in it. I noticed it was missing because the color didn’t change. They took it back and added an overwhelmingly amount of spirulina.
Just overall disappointing… I tried but couldn’t finish it..
I would add portioning utensils to the spirulina, the squeeze bottle may be adding to much product to the smoothies..

Stupidcupit came without nutella and they told me it’s now 1$ extra. The bowl is already 15$.
Today I was here and they don't have heating, it's very cold you can't eat in peace, I paid for extra honey and they never put it in, they place orders in a bad way

My acai is very delicious, they are the best in Manthatan, I tried it and when I saw that there was one in New Jersey, I didn't hesitate twice and went in to buy it. It was delicious and this time with my boyfriend, he tried one that was coconut-based, and he was fascinated ♡♡♡
