The last time I went I found a roach in my food. When I returned to show them they start accusing me that I put it in my own food. I told them all I wanted was to just get the same food but without the pets they have. I use to come here with a friend but after that happened I never returned.

I absolutely enjoyed my lunch here, I ordered chicken, rice, salad and fries with an extra side of cooked potatoes. It was delicious, my wife & I enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back. Thank you?

I eat in this lovely place quite a bit! This is my favorite spot to eat. I visit this place frequently. The food is just great, the crew is friendly and the cost is decent. I like eating in this place for a good meal.

Ordered 3 hours ago!... Well 1 hour after ordering food, food came without our drinks (batidos) so I immediately called resturaunt and was told yes it was sent out with food and they'll reach out to driver about it. Driver was told but we were told in a 2nd call back that she was refusing to turn back, so another hour later still no shakes (batidos) called restaurant back and they said driver didn't want to turn back and would bring it after finishing up delivering all other orders although they told her to do it immediately when we had called so she was not far from me at all, as I just got the food from her, well she said was claiming she already delivering next order then would continue on delivering other orders, so we would get the shakes +batidos) on her way back to the resturaunt. Manager repeatedly apologized and said she'll make fresh ones and have them delivered right away! Well a whole 1 hour and 48 minutes "right away" later we finally recieved our shakes (bastido) and from that same woman driver who refused to turn around and hand us our bastidos to begin with and she also looked super annoyed to have to come back to deliver our shakes after she forgot to give us the drinks with our order in the first place. Now let me tell you she got a $4.00 dollar tip in cash from me and now here she was standing expecting an additional tip after making us wait almost 2 hours after calling in about the forgotten batidos. Extremely horrible delivery service, driver incompetent refusing to fix a simple mistake of not delivering our drinks with our order in the first place. Could of simply turned car around and handed me the batidos. She doesn't seem to think of reading any of the order receipts. My girlfriend has repeatedly warned me about ordering from here and how many times she had her order messed up with missing food and drinks not delivered or made because of they forgot to make it or said that she never asked for it and that one time was 2hrs before food arrived. I told her she must just have bad luck when ordering because she speaks broken spanish. Well I am fluent in spanish and english, I hapen to be spanish born in my country! I also write English very well as you can see here. Well now, I am now owing my girlfriend a BIG apology, as I now see what she was trying to warn me about. Well a whole 2 hr and 48 minutes to get a complete order is dissatisfactory. I am no longer ordering from this restaurant again and will be warning others as well. You guys as manager and as owners need to retrain all staff and drivers on how to better serve your paying customers because you guys are seriously going to lose alot of business as a result of not retraining or hiring better service people. I am a big tipper on all my orders from any resturaunt ussually $4-$6 dollars! Well you definitely lost me.
