Food used to be really delicious, but it's gone downhill. The chicharron in the bolones is now all fat and chewy. It used to not be this way.
The encebollado is not as good as it used to be as well. It's unfortunate because I used to order almost weekly from here.

The lady who answers the phone is really nice. But that doesn't help with the food tasting any better.

I came to try the sausage broth and it was very good, very exquisite, which we later ended up taking for the family.
I also tried the corviches and they had a lot of fish inside, also delicious!

Honestly, the price for the size of the plate is fine. But, the flavor more than anything left me a lot to be desired. I ordered a typical delight and the chicharrones del bolín were almost absent, tiny, so I do not recommend this place. ?? I left very disappointed and to top it off they forcefully charge you a 15% tip with no option for anything. We ordered a soda at the end to take away and asked for a glass with ice and THEY CHARGED YOU FOR THE GLASS, but not the ice. After...
