I stopped here for a coffee, as it reads
Cafeteria outside. They have a coffee machine for looks only. I asked for a cortado, but they don't have. I asked for a cappuccino, but they didn't have one. I said do you have almond milk? No, she replies.
I said, well, I don't like regular milk, but I need a coffee; please give me a coffee with a splash of milk, no sugar. And another coffee with milk and one sugar.
I was in a rush as I was getting to a funeral. I asked where do I pay while you get those ready.
She points to a woman and yells. It's dos cafes con leche. She takes forever, as it may be a new system. She looks up and charges me $6.25
I paid for all the milk coffees; I can't have it, plus they are watered down. I make better coffee at home. It was upsetting, as my coffee machine broke, and a place that should offer quality coffee for The price did not deliver.
And to top it off. Apparently the cashier was not in a good mood.

I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, despite the reviews, but I was disappointed. In the letter they indicate the price in cash and with card, however when they bring you the bill they include the price with card as if it were cash and at the end, they increase the amount again (they add the amount with card as if it were cash). That seems like a double theft to me (when in other places they only charge you $1 for paying with a card, here they do it for each product and on top of that they increase that amount again) I leave the proof of the receipt for you to see and draw your conclusions . In the letter it said: bread with chicharrón $8 (cash) and 8.33 (with card), the juice $6 (cash) and $6.25 (with card) and when you point out the error they simply don't want to correct it. Despite the bad experience, they also include the tip. I don't plan to return, now I understand why it is always empty, if they continue like this I don't think they will last long, they definitely don't know about customer satisfaction.
