Gave my food to someone else and then wanted me to contact customer service to get my money back because they wouldn’t make it again. They gave it to someone that went through the drive through even though I placed it for pick up in counter. The manager doesn’t take accountability for her mistakes when she said she gave it to someone else. So upsetting and unprofessional.

First of all this is not first time they did before also they did mistake but i didn’t post review .. today i had to so… I ordered just now they not cut the slices in quesadilla and add the zalopeno extra sauce but they didn’t add in burrito & Mexican pizza and also they not giving me any kind of sauce & fork .. how i eat ..? Can explain me ..? Horrible service ..

Ordered online waiting and watch 3 orders be made and served before getting my food... Even after stating I was there waiting for my order... There was no back up as other workers goofing around doing other things.... They pick and choose when they want to do a order and seem multiple times they did orders they choose not order received.... So if ur food cold late now you know you didn't win their lottery

The last few times I’ve been here my food had been cold, my fiesta potatoes taste old and reheated, and now I keep receiving my orders wrong.
Where do I even start? I've been to countless Taco Bells across the country from New York to Kentucky to Arizona, as well as many in New Jersey. This is the number one Taco Bell for quality of food and dining experience.Usually Taco Bells are extremely loud what with constant beeping and employees yelling at each other. Not this one. It was so tranquil. No beeping. No screaming. Makes you want to stay inside awhile instead of taking your food and leaving.The burritos are unlike any Taco Bell I've had in my life. That sh-t was perfectly filled, cooked, folded and arranged on my tray. Incredible taste that is way better than the price you pay.Please give your employees a raise. They're hard working and polite. Never change, Union City Taco Bell.

Went through the drive thru, made a small order, they made us pay at the window and move to the front, took quite some time..I drove off and realized too late they didn't put my full order in the bag, they were too concerned about shuffling people like cattle through the drive thru, so their timer didn't go up, maybe they should be equally concerned about getting the complete order in the bag after spending a little over 40 bucks
