The waiter was very friendly courteous.Unfortunately, all of the food was frozen and refried The guacamole was good they used plantain chips that was a delight, I ordered the shrimp it was tough and it was Farm raised frozen The fried Mushroom Croquettes was frozen and refried Took a half a bite and left them did not enjoy. I did not like them at all !!! So I started with 3 appetizers so I can tell because I am a chef. Been cooking for 54 years and my husband is an executive chef at the Marriott. Yeah, I need could not eat a thing. Everything was. Frozen store bought and refried. Staff was helpful and courteyes but honestly for $ 62. dollars For 3 appetizes. Honestly, if you like fast food and you like to spend money and you want to hear Cuban music. That's the place to be, but do not expect quality food. It's definitely not fresh and that was such a disappointment. The best mexican with all fresh ingredients made to order is hands down Arre Sinaloa !!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It's a must try. You will not be disappointed and Gonzalo and Janine are the best.And courteous Owners who are always there to please.

A Cuban restaurant located in Union City. The place is so beautiful, both the outside and the inside, with wonderful graffitis on the walls. The loud music bothered us a bit - but we understand the place is also a bar. The tables are a bit tight and very close to each other. Food is good - we've had empanadas and jamon croquetas. There's a good variety of drinks - and it was interesting to see that they had "mojito brazilero" - our caipirinha from Brazil. The staff was very kind and attentious the whole time. A good place to go, especially if you like the Cuban cuisine.

So happy Union City has a local place to go! I was excited to learn a new restaurant was in town and it did not disappoint. The Churrasco was amazing , great flavor, instead of the watercress salad and yuca fries I got the rice and beans. Service was great despite it being busy, just very attentive service. The drinks were on point! I got the classic mojito and my date had the Cadillac Margarita, both very delicious. Very beautiful decor and the atmosphere and music were great. I think this might just be my new spot! ???❤️

I would like to give this place 0 stars. They made me wait more than 1 hour to give me a table and then put me next to the door in the terrible cold. Before this I had called to make a reservation and they told me that they were only on a first come, first serve basis. and when I was waiting for the full hour they made people come in before me because “they had a reservation” and finally they didn't want to sell me something from the bar just because I had my ID in a photo and not physically let's add to this that the tables are almost close to each other the other that in order to leave my place I had to move the table of the people next to meIt is the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant and without hesitation I recommend to everyone who reads this to look for another better place to eat, without a doubt there are a million better restaurants in the area than this one… DON'T GO!!! I will post it on all my social networks so that people don't have to go through this bad time like me.

Visiting the Cuban restaurant in Union City was a regrettable decision. Not only did they spend more than a year to open its doors but The food tasted like a failed experiment – an unfortunate blend of terrible flavors that left me questioning the chef’s culinary skills. It’s disheartening when a cuisine known for its rich and vibrant taste turns out to be a disappointing. It is also not very friendly either. Will not be returning.

First-able let me start for the rude guy on the front, I made a reservation 4 days ago and we got there today at 6:30pm and he gave us the last table in the back ( height top chairs ) so we asked him if we can seat more In the front even though the restaurant was almost empty and the tables according to him was reserved, so he told us to seat at the bar so we told him that we wanted to have dinner so he said that we can eat at the bar obviously he didn’t care at all and we left,sooooo rude guy., so we went to Kuba restaurant in fort Lee and was great and the service was fantastic hardly recommended and the staff was so nice .,

Maria was an excellent server and Charlie explained every plate brought out amazingly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
