Prior to moving from the area i was excited to eat at this establishment on a regular basis, now returning on a visit I’m disappointed to see its current state. It is no longer an environment where I can eat delicious food at a reasonable price, where the environment is pleasant, tables and walls clean. In my recent visit I witnessed price gauging customers for subpar quality in food and beverages. There is no longer any incentive to come back with the removal of points and usage of number, the price got higher yet the food is worse. The store in itself has deteriorated, half of the tables have junk on them, the bathroom is hideous, the door in front of it just makes it seem hostile for the customer to even be welcomed to relieve themselves. This place is no longer for the customer despite the “value” versions of food being available, it has no entirely has become a selfish endeavor by the owner. Now I wish that in order to preserve the memory of what the store once was, I had decided on popeyes instead.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I placed an order online via their Instagram for pick up. When my son went to pick up the food, he was told there was no food ready for pick up and the kitchen was closed. I asked my son to put the person in charge on the phone. This person, who refused to give me their name AND claimed to be the manager, told me their WiFi is down and he didn’t get my order, AND that the kitchen is closed. When I told him my son has a screen shot of my order and order number, and that I would like my food because I paid for it, he told me he’s not going to make my food because he won’t get paid the extra time it’ll take him to make my food. Additionally, he told me I had to wait until Monday to talk to the owner to get my refund, and if I didn’t want to wait till Monday for my refund I can call my bank myself to try to cancel the payment myself. And just to make note, no where on their Instagram page, not on their stories nor their post, did it say their system was down. As a paying costumer, I was left with no food or refund. Absolutely terrible!

Loved the food, stopped by with my girlfriend to pick up lunch on a whim and felt generally welcomed. The place is also clearly loved by the locals and seemed like a hangout spot by itself :)
Also, the California try it salad is great value! I hope y'all continue to thrive

All I can say is WOW! Today was my first time eating here & I'm definitely impressed!! I ordered The Spot Platter (with a mixture of steak & chicken) which includes yellow rice, lettuce with cucumber & tomato, and pita bread. My meal was neatly packed, good portions and fresh ?I'm so happy I decided to try this spot & not order from my regular spots! As long as this place stays consistent, I'll be here very often!

I always pass by this place and it's always closed. Today (7/26/23) I saw lights and people so I went inside with my family only to get told "sorry we are closed" and a glance at her friends with a smirk. I asked about their schedule and was told they open at 11 am and close at 9pm. When I entered this place it was 8:30p.m. this review is for the owner.
