Overpriced and not done. Dropped the wings and had them up in 10 minutes. Manager wanted to debate about them being done or not instead of trying to fix the situation. Our ordered totaled $107. You would think that he would try to fix the issue instead of arguing. I got a refund and the items went in the trash, so who really lost here???

I’ve ordered the 20 wings combo pack delivered a few times. The first time, it took more than an hr to get it delivered. Since then, they’ve delivered it much quicker and the taste and the quality has improved as well.

SMDH!!!! Why is it that the delivery people always leave your food behind the door on the doormat when you specifically ask for them to put it in a chair and/or table on the front porch!!! Not good at all!! There are stray cats, skunks and raccoons around!!!😡😡

They make you order a minimum of 10 wings if you’re not doing the combo with fries and a drink. I really only wanted 6 but took the 10 anyway. They asked what dip only to tell me dip was only for conbo orders. All of that for 10 wings without dipping sauce. $15. Make it make sense.

Idk why the reviews are so low for this location. Compared to other wingatop locations I've been too this one is amazing. As long as you know what to order from the menu the wings are always fully cooked, the prices are not bad and ive never gotten a wrong order or anything. The staff is friendly and they're job isn't easy so I appreciate them. My recommendation is the 20 piece boneless meal deal or the 20 for 20 wings. The flavors are amazing and never lacking.
The absolute worst experience EVER! We placed a big order and majority of our order was wrong. We attempted to call in to explain what was wrong and was immediately met with a harsh tone from someone who said he was the manager. I could not get out what was wrong before he started yelling telling me that our order was correct and he knew it was because he made it. The order was indeed incorrect and we did not receive all of our order. Highly disappointed. After so long of not being able to explain and being talked over, I decided to just end the call because we were not going to get anywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this particular establishment.
