Idk why the reviews are so low for this location. Compared to other wingatop locations I've been too this one is amazing. As long as you know what to order from the menu the wings are always fully cooked, the prices are not bad and ive never gotten a wrong order or anything. The staff is friendly and they're job isn't easy so I appreciate them. My recommendation is the 20 piece boneless meal deal or the 20 for 20 wings. The flavors are amazing and never lacking.

The absolute worst experience EVER! We placed a big order and majority of our order was wrong. We attempted to call in to explain what was wrong and was immediately met with a harsh tone from someone who said he was the manager. I could not get out what was wrong before he started yelling telling me that our order was correct and he knew it was because he made it. The order was indeed incorrect and we did not receive all of our order. Highly disappointed. After so long of not being able to explain and being talked over, I decided to just end the call because we were not going to get anywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this particular establishment.

I placed an online order for a boneless meal deal that never showed up. I tried calling to dispute the charge and was charged a $20 cancellation. The cancellation cost MORE than the meal which never showed up.
If you want wings, go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.

well i was at wingstop with my friends and everything was good although our order took about 30 minutes for 20 wings.. we got our food and they forgot our brownie so i went and showed them my recipet and the worker asked me what my order was and i told him it was a 20 pc wing order with the brownie and he got confused and he thought my friend said that we didnt get our wings so he called my friend stupid and then called me stupid because he got confused and didnt know that we were talking about the brownie the whole time so he called us stupid and then went to get the brownie and threw it on the counter..i personally think that was very rude this whole situation could’ve been avoided very easily because its just brownie but the brownie wasnt the problem it was more of the customer service that i truly care about other than that the food was good , fries were a little cold but you guys should work on some respect and not call random customers stupid for little misunderstandings.

I waited 20 minutes for my order just for them to mess it up, forgot my dipping and when i came back for my change, they took away my large fries and gave me regular- the staff needs a bit of tweaking because i am beyond upset, i am a regular costumer since i already live close, and over the months i started to dislike the staff more and more.

NEVER order from here - I had an online order that never showed up, called the store and they blamed the driver and said they’d refund me and to order again. Second order never showed up and they said all they can do is refund me. First ordered at 6:15 and my last call to them on the second order was 10:30 - no food ever came after 4+ hours
