I just ran in here to get a couple of plants that they had on sale. Staff was nice and friendly. Check out lines were a little long, but went quickly.

This is the biggest Whole Foods I've visited in New Jersey. Upon entering I was blessed to see loads of different varieties of apples, which by the way I love especially during this time of year. The staff was busy stocking fresh fruits & veggies while we scanned the area taking in the huge area. It was great strolling the aísles with minimal amount of customers around. It's big store perfect for maintaining distance. I've gone back a few times and always find different items I never saw the last time I shopped. Look forward to visiting a bit more in the upcoming months.

Oh the shenanigans never cease to amaze me. There's good people there, but there's just more of the complacent ones. A woman at customer service pissed me off so much that I called and spoke to the store manager about it. I went to customer service to return an item I just bought a few minutes before because it was a bottle that was placed behind a sign that read $8 but actually cost $20, and I caught it after I'd paid. I went to the first person at the first computer I saw. She didn't say anything so I explained I had a return, put the item down and was standing right in front of her speaking directly to her. She ignored me and the girl to the computer closer to the exit said she could help me. The other rep was helpful and the return was allowed pandemic or not given that I literally just bought it. I cooled off a little but it was still irking me after I left so I called customer service at the store and explained the whole scenario and asked for a manager. Lo and behold the woman that I described the situation to was a manager and she denied I ever spoke to her. I stood right across from you, placed my items down, and was speaking to you. How did you miss that? I said I won't split hairs with you, I'll follow up with someone else. I left a message and the store manager called me back and when I explained the situation, he didn't get how she couldn't have heard me either and didn't like that she had told me over the phone that she was just on the computer and wasn't doing the returns. He said he'd send a gift card that I'm realizing now I never received!! Maybe he forgot or just didn't do it. Maybe it was mailed to the wrong address..idk. I could see if I still have a voicemail he left and reach out but at this point he probably won't remember it unless the complaint was filed so oh well. I'm just sitting here remembering like "yeah I didn't even get compensated for the rudeness"..lol At the end of the day, her remembering to be respectful is all the compensation I need. Just remember not to judge Whole Foods by this one and that there's better ones in other areas.

Solid addition of an Amazon return counter at the main entry. Nice and simple, no touch or signing and the good work of the man there had me in/out in a few minutes, no wait and a receipt in my inbox. Inside, store with a lot of generally healthy and good options, a nice box of Fuji apples upfront for 89¢/pound. Lots of deals on organic fruit which was nice, and a good section of meat and fish. Lines were long, though there were a lot of registers, I do prefer the ones in the city where everyone's in the same queue and you go to the first open one. Not the traditional slower pick a line and hope the person in front of you has problems. Parking lot is pretty chaotic, though, a lot of speeding cars.

What a dope experience at this Wholefood's location! It's not the biggest one I been too but it's definitely well detailed. Of course, it was nice, spacious, and clean. All proper social distancing markings in place as well. This location is equipped with an almond milk machine. You can get fresh unsweetened or sweetened milk but the bottle for about 5 bucks. I've never seen such a thing!

I just left the Union Wholefoods store. The store is beautiful and well organized. However, the cashier that helped me was super rude. Her name was Beonne. She was unwelcoming and not helpful. She did not want to scan my wholefoods amazon barcode and rudely told me to "wait." I still remained kind and thanked her for checking me out... no response. She appeared to be bothered about working for your store and slamming my food into the bags. I will now be visiting the Wholefoods in Montclair where much kinder people help.

This review is specifically for the bakery - This has become my family's go-to for birthday cakes. The staff working in this section are very accommodating and they always have delicious cakes to choose from. This trip I purchased a 5" chocolate mousse cake for my hubby's birthday. When he got his first bite from the cake, his immediate "MMmm!!! It's good!" said everything!! He definitely enjoyed it and he's rather critical about food LOL ... Check them out next time you stop by Whole Foods! Also, their macarons (which wasn't in stock at this visit) is what we usually pick up for nice treat

Hey, we all know Whole Foods; great produce, amazing meat and seafood counters and you can always find that Black Truffle infused olive oil from some remote province in France! Prices are above average, but you're paying for specially and organic products. They've done a great job limiting the number of customers during COVID, although you will wait in line outside until capacity drops. But Hey, it's Whole Foods - worth the wait.

Whole Foods was a saving grace because I was able to find things I couldn't find in other stores, maybe because its so expensive lol. It was still chaos in the store due to the Coronavirus but I had more luck getting what I needed. The employees were so helpful with things and kept the lines moving along.

What a zoo this place has turned into. It use to have super helpful stock people, wonderfully thoughtful cashiers and a clientele that would say things like "excuse me" if they stood in your way to long or blocked an isle. All that is gone now. Now the cashiers might as well be working at Shoprite and 1/2 of the "clientele" are people just shopping for others that refuse to go shopping for themselves, and trust me not one of those "shoppers" care if they're getting in anyone's way. Oh well........

I'm not a frequent WF shopper, only going for select items now and then (I'm too frugal a shopper to be a regular), but I like this WF location and stop inside here. It's a huge store, so there's a lot of square footage to cover and aisles to peruse. The produce is always good and fresh. I like the pre-made meals and hot food particularly. Friendly customer service overall. The Vauxhall location offers a good, Whole Foods shopping experience. I'm a fan.

Whole Foods used to be so great when they first arrived in Union, NJ. The food was organic and although on the pricey side, at least it was good. Nowadays, the store is overcrowded, the samples are non-existent, the staff is rude and the prices outrageous! Not sure who shops here, but you can't do your weekly grocery shopping here unless you spend a fortune.

Was a publicity taking about 20 % when you pick deli meat and cheese, with a sandwich picture as promotion and order. But when we paid was not the sandwich was just the meat and cheese. Was really bad of them. I the quality was good. but I didn't like they way they advertise was totally a joke a misleading advertisement . Even worst because the sign was where you order you sandwich.

This is still a great whole foods. I stopped by today to get a quick lunch. I'm avoiding carbs so I knew they would have a great food bar variety, that would stave off any carb free resentment that is inevitable! LOL I ordered lemon chicken and brussel sprout salad. I am currently satisfied! But what did not satisfy me was the lack of customer service at the Express check out. Ebonee and Liyaah were so engrossed in what seemed to be studying for a work related test. They barely looked up. Ebonee multitasked ringing me up (no greeting. No eye contact) and doing her test with her coworker. I had to wait for her to push the button for my debit because she was so engrossed. She ended up giving me my receipt with no goodbye, thanks or acknowledgement. Ironically the test topic was on customer service. Rude...

Compared to the other whole foods I've been to in the area (Madison, Morristown), this one meets up to the $$$. The grocery store is spacious, the inventory (produce etc) meets the mark, and staff is friendly (I asked a bunch of questions about Amazon prime discounts). I had the hot/cold buffet for lunch and the meal hit the spot. Appreciated the quality and the diversity of cuisine. I left this meal feeling good about myself and satisfied and not guilty.
