My first time ordering, I’m not from here I drove almost 1 hour to get some food, I was so disappointed ☹️ the meat tasted old, the food that I ordered they forgot one of my plates. When I called to make a complaint the guy who was at the register didn’t even care. Worst customer service ever, I get sick after couple spoons I have no other choice but to throw the food away, it’s a waste of money

First time here ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They have vegan items and I truly appreciate that! I got lalo and black rice and it was delicious!!! The customer service was amazing as well very nice gentleman took my order and was patient.Vegetarian options: Delicious options
I'm never happy with my delivery order. Unless its the owner doing it, I tried for a while now, and it's over now. Clean, but I am consistently dissatisfied when anyone other then the owner takes care of the order especially the turkey.

Talk about an experience!!!? This place is very clean, workers are friendly and caring. The place itself is clean and smells good (including the bathroom…) I had banane pesée, goat, oxtail, sauce pois (in order to have an fair diverse review) I highly recommend this place The food is just excellent, juicy and tasty it will be an all five stars for me. I will definitely be back. Well done ??

Found a hair in my food and they only gave me 2 pieces of small plantain fried. Also, the place smells foul and horrid as the bathroom is right next to the cashier. It smells like number 2 when you enter the place. They need better ventilation and to spray. Clearly they dont wea hair nets, skimp you out on plantain, and it smells like a bathroom. Never tf again! One pro I'll give them isthey are very professional on the phone when taking your order.

Moved to the area 1.5 yrs ago and this has been my go to Haitian spot since. Typically, my visits are on weekends, & I have had the pleasure of engaging with Jessica, who consistently is courteous & provides exceptional service. And the food is good, hence the 3 stars. But regrettably, today I was disappointed with both the service & the quality of my order. Upon attempting to request substitutions, like I’ve done ~5 times before, I was met with an abrupt response from the staff member, “listen listen”; which could have been communicated more tactfully. Then after picking up my “large” order of griot & rice, the serving of griot was 90% fat & bones (see photo). Then to add insult to injury, to compensate for the lack there of the container of sauce was placed in with the griot, which is not the usual practice of this establishment. If there was no more griot left , wish they would have just said that…because no one is paying $20 bucks for blobs of griot fat & bones. My intention is simply to provide feedback to contribute constructively towards enhancement/ improvement. While this experience has been disappointing, not saying I wouldn’t come back, but would definitely think twice & if I do I’m def checking my order before I leave.

Amazing eats! The fact that they offer 100% vegetarian makes them even better than the rest because meat in our food is always an OPTION but the others don't understand that. Keep it up, Neguess Creole! ??❤️?
