I have been going here since they opened, and have never had a problem. Last weekend, I placed an order for pickup, and when I got home, noted that they did not give me one of the items that I ordered, but something else. I called and noted that they could credit me on my card for the one item OR when I come in next week, just do not charge me for the one item when I order. The worker says no way, we charged you for what you got, even though it was not what I ordered. They did not care. Thus, I note that the training is terrible and nothing last forever.......

In terms of service- great! Order was promptly ready for pick up and hot when received. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza itself is average, but better than some of the other options in this area. Thin crust yet not crispy. The red sauce they use is pretty good- on the sweeter side. The white pizza had no flavor even though apparently there is garlic on it. Would order again if in a pinch.

I ordered pizza with extra sauce . Instead of adding sauce before the cheese , Capri simply added globs of sauce on top of the pizza . Probably , I'm guessing that the pizza wasn't made to order? So it was easier to throw globs of sauce onto an already pre/prepared ready , but not cooked pizza? Just to let the owners know the taste is different. Seems as they were too busy to make a pie from scratch.

The margherita pizza here is simply the best I have ever tasted. We also enjoyed their chicken tenders. If you can go here for pizza do it!

Should be no stars but can't post without at least 1. Capri is known for cold pizza and floppy crusts. Employees and owner are rude. Go literally anywhere else for better food, delivery times and service.

I ordered out from there and everything was delivered perfectly. The pizza is so good and not greasy and great crust and sweet sauce. I got a large pizza with eggplant and spinach. I also ordered chicken wings and they were great. Would definitely order again or go there.

Awesome local pizza spot with pies, pasta and heroes. We got a cheese pie and chicken parm hero. Both were really good. I loved the sauce. Super friendly with a couple tables in and outside. Definitely check out if you're in the area.

Great pizza! We ordered a custom pizza - half white pizza with ricotta and garlic, half red pizza with spinach and broccoli- and it was delicious. We called in advance to order it, and it was ready when we got there. So good that we came back 3 nights later for the exact same thing. Tasty and great crispy crust. Totally reasonable price. We sat outside, the server brought it out to us and everything was perfect.

Food was good but staff is very inattentive when owner not around. There are so many pizza places in the Island. I would expect better service if you want return business.
