I went to Custards, I ordered custard, they gave me Soft Serve :( My fiancee however has been eating here since childhood and insisted I give 5 stars. It was still good though.

Came here for some ice cream with my family after a couple friend recommendations. Come to find this may be my last time at this establishment. My son got a scoop of ice cream the size of a golf ball, and that held true for nearly the rest of what we got. Found a hair in almost every bowl of ice cream. Not to mention the stanky looks from employees and mediocre service AT BEST. Not to mention the bathroom looked like it could’ve use some help, just an overall poor experience and will not be returning.

Best milkshakes in town! Their prices have increased but understandable with the summer season and keeping up with staffing. Everyone is very nice and efficient with huge lines! Great atmosphere too!

Found a fingernail in my ice cream 🤮 What is wrong with you people. I don’t know if this is some sick joke or an accident but you need better quality control and maybe wear gloves or something so yall don’t contaminate my food that I paid good money for. The worker I got my food from seemed miserable and like she didn’t want to work there. She brushed off questions about the flavors and was overall rude. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager there at the time. There was other workers in the back on their phones and not helping other customers in the store. This is a lousy excuse for an establishment and I will make sure my friends and family know about this out of respect for them. I wish I could give zero stars because of this horrible establishment.
Edit. This occurred in the late summer and was told by a friend to post this review after sharing the story

Nice place if you’re in the area and want sub par ice cream. Service was great no complaints there. One of our ice creams had hair in the chocolate dip and had to get remade. The vegan chocolate has no flavor whatsoever and my nutty butty sundae was just generic. Was not impressed.
Vegetarian options: Only 4 flavors were available.

i love custards a few years ago the mint chip ice cream was genuinely so good and it was my favorite but i had it recently and i think they changed the flavor and its so bad now💔 pls go backk
The canolli water ice is unreal. It actually tastes like canolli! Love it in a gelati with death by chocolate. I do recommend getting a small and having the put it little cup in a bigger cup.

Pulled in there late but served like the first customers of the day. Excellent ice cream. Perfect spot for that after dinner treat. You won't be disappointed.

Parking: It has parking but only 10 spots. Not a issue at all.
We went before they closed. The staff was super friendly! I ordered a small cone with peach ice cream — it was delicious and had peach chunks in it. They gave me a bowl to put some of my ice cream in to make it easier to eat. The smalls are two very large scoops. Two people in my group ordered the key lime and it tasted just like key lime pie — in a cup filled flush with the top. Another ordered a small cone with s’mores and death by chocolate — I didn’t try the s’mores but the death by chocolate was really good. It had brownie chunks in it and the chocolate ice cream tasted like brownies imo.
Parking: They have a parking lot, I think it could fit 6-10 cars from what I can remember. There’s also street parking but you might have to pay for that.
