Worst experience this morning. Two rude girls at the register. No customer service whatsoever and called a manager on me cause they couldn’t say that my husbands card didn’t go through and that we’re waiting on you to pay. They were just standing there talking to each other in whisper and me and another customer in line couldn’t understand what’s going on. Do you not know how to talk?

I wanted to give. A huge thank you to the server I had today . She was a very cautious and took great care of me knowingly I had so many allergies and she did wonderful preparing my drink. Typically, I get nervous going out because of my allergies, but she did a wonderful job. She was very caring and she was very cautious to make sure that none of my allergens were near each other And she made sure to be very careful making my drink, and I really appreciate it. She was super sweet as well great customer service Thank you so much .

I love Dunkin soo much but there are other Dunkin’s are way better especially the one in Upper Township route 9 WAY better. But I don’t like you didn’t give a straw with my frozen caramel coffee.

lol when you walk inside your pretty much interrupting the coworkers conversation about how there baby daddies aren't paying child support. Then you have to wait to order because they don't stop the conversation right away.. It's that type of vibe.

i went here around 2 o’clock and simply ordered a iced coffee and a bagel, the service was quick while making my coffee that was out almost instantly. my bagel though i was standing there waiting for 10 minutes until someone eventually asked me “what are you still doing here” and i proceeded to say “ oh i ordered a bagel” the woman then said “i don’t have it on my thing so you didn’t order it” the lady that took my order chimed in and said i did order a bagel. then the other woman started to make my bagel and used a dirty utensil to spread my cream cheese then when handed me my bagel she basically threw it at me. this is the first time i ever had a problem with this dunkin and i’m very disappointed. also may i add the store it self was very dirty and smelled. i’ve never seen this dunkin look like this before and that’s what is bringing me to right a review because it was a different experience

Idk this place just can’t make an iced coffee. Every time I go it’s the worst ice coffee. Too bland and strong compared to other Dunkin’s. Even upping the cream number didn’t change how hard to drink it was
Let’s face it every Dunkin’ Donuts is pretty much the same except the Dunkin’ Donuts in Ventnor New Jersey has the best customer service. Everyone that works there is very friendly and nice and always has smile on their face even if they’re having a bad day and they’re very very busy place specially in summer the food is what you would expect any Dunkin’ Donuts with donuts and breakfast sandwiches, etc. the drinks are made correctly And they’re pretty fast and efficient !
