Walked in. Wasn't even greeted sat there for a couple minutes before someone came over. And the tips thing is getting a little ridiculous. Not only do they have a tip cup at the register they have another one where you pick up the food. How are you? Going to have tip jars out everywhere but you have terrible service. Improve your service and you only need one tip cup guaranteed. Unfortunately only Dunkin donuts in this area, but if you know of another coffee shop just skip this one.

This was the filthiest place I have ever been forced to patronize. The bathroom was disgusting. There was urine and paper all over the floor. The sugar and straw stand was covered in sticky crumbs. A 1/2 hour after I drank my iced coffee. I got violently ill & was in the bathroom for ninety minutes. Avoid this place like the plague, or enter at your own risk.

This is One of the clean dunkins with cool staff. Looks like dunkin is stepping up their game and making a comeback latest. Don't listen to negative reviews( probably entitled complaining shoobs who treat staff horrible anyway . It's a good one for sure

Customer service is HORRIBLE! The lady staff member(Kelly) , that’s what she said her name is, was rude! Constantly on her phone, felt like we were bothering her when we wanted to place our order. Threw our food bag on the counter while we were standing in front of her. There were food all over the floor and the tables. Her and another guy were playing around on their phone, showing eachother things, playing with eachother instead of even saying Hi or greeting the customers. I am not the one who complains about phone usage etc, but she clearly doesn’t want to work there and is miserable.

Food its good however the costumer service its horrible the one white server treats their customers horrible as with a bad attitude I am a daily costumer as I can assure her attitude and serving customers are worsen each time as she’s never polite nor nice as well her service its horrible and the making of the food. I would likely say I don’t return often due to this matter she should be fired.

Overall good but multiple times now they have not toasted my breakfast sandwich and i had to return and ask to have my sandwich toasted. They just slap cold ingredients together and hand it to guest. Cheese should be melted

They got some hard donuts here. Crazy how depending on the store you go to, how different the donuts are. Ventnor spot always has the hardest donuts.

Worst experience this morning. Two rude girls at the register. No customer service whatsoever and called a manager on me cause they couldn’t say that my husbands card didn’t go through and that we’re waiting on you to pay. They were just standing there talking to each other in whisper and me and another customer in line couldn’t understand what’s going on. Do you not know how to talk?
