I came in Sunday afternoon was craving a blueberry muffin & about 2 donuts. Saw the red velvet & grabbed 1/2 dozen. Lady behind the desk was GREAT!! Looked for the muffin being they were out(all Dunkin’s are by like 10am) & found one!! Was in/out(dog was in truck) A+Service…REALLY!! give her a raise!!Red velvet donuts are CRAZY good too!!

Very disappointing experience. I went through drive thru and the worker kept telling me that they close in 15 mins with an attitude as I was trying to order a refresher. So they couldn’t make it because she said they close in 15 mins over and over again and how the blender is already cleaned out. I just know it doesn’t take that long to clean out a blender because I use to work at Rita’s myself and milkshakes and ice cream blended are way messier than refreshers. It’s really the fact that she couldn’t say it nicer is what was really disappointing. Like I get it it can get really annoying for people to come when you are about to close, but giving attitude is not acceptable especially because you are STILL open for customers to come and for you to serve.

Worst location on the planet. Clearly the employees don't give a care about what they put out. This is my local DD and I stopped coming here a while back because their coffee is NEVER hot. Be it drip or latte, it's barely lukewarm. Today I decided I wanted to grab something to put in my belly so I opted for a crossaint. It was DRIPPING in butter. You could smell the butter, it was disgusting. Do NOT waste your money here. $4 down the drain.

This place was crazy busy but my order was taken quicky. And I got my food and drinks fast and correctly.The only issue was the parking lot. Good luck with that.

I’ve never been to a Dunkin that locks the lobby doors a hour before their posted hours and makes you walk up and order through the drive -thru. I thought it was illegal to make customers walk up to the drive thru windows?

The woman taking my order was wearing swastika earrings and when I said to her "you know your earrings are really offensive right?" She laughed. My family and I will not be returning even though we went everyday since we live right on Portland. I feel very upset that this kind of jewelry is even tolerated, let alone accepted at work.

Genuinely the best dunkin coffee I’ve had out of every location I’ve ever been to. And consistently tastes the same goodness. I order the same drink every time I go to dunkin. (A medium ice coffee less ice 5 cream 5 liquid sugar and 2 shots espresso.) I live in pa and go to multiple locations and the same ones and every single time it’s different tasting and looking except for this location. We spent a few days in ventnor and the 4 times we went to this Dunkin’ Donuts they made the drink perfect and the same every time. I really appreciate the consistency. And how good their coffee is here at this location. I have no idea what they do differently from all the other locations I’ve been to. But they’re clearly doing something right. So a big thank you to those that work at the ventnor Dunkin’ Donuts. Keep doing whatever you’re all doing.
definitely recommend the tacos here, very good. service was great and staff was friendly. breakfast sandwich and the coffee I got was delicious as well too
