Nuckys Kitchen & Speakeasy

Food was about average, waitress was not good at all – we had to ask her what specials and she wasn't clear about them, wasn't really knowledgeable about the menu or drink options, my husband ordered a porter and she gave my husband a different beer than requested and didn't even let him know that they were out of the Porter or make a suggestion/offer anything else. She acted like we wouldn't notice. Also, not very attentive. She asked us if we wanted Parmesan cheese and red pepper, then it took her another 10 minutes to bring awesome while our meals were getting cold. Very disappointed as there seemed to be quite a few good reviews. We will not be going there again.

Service wasn't the best. Martini and old fashion were good 👍 Sat out on patio outside.. great nice. Table too small though 🤷‍♀️

The upstairs dining room is sophisticated and slick, but is difficult to reach. The steps are steep and winding. Two in my party had to take the elevator, but it a narrow path in the busy bar area. The food was really good, but it took more than one hour to get our platters. We didn't order appetizers. Our very pleasant server, Zach, said there were several parties in the room and the kitchen was backed up. The drinks were expensive for the pour. I think it's a "happening" place for those okay with the noise, wait and price. There is only street parking and we had to park a few blocks away.

It would have been a 5, but the upstairs restaurant was playing 90s jock jams and really didn't fit the experience. Waitress was great, food was awesome, but listening to untz untz untz untz untz was a bit off putting while eating dinner. We expected Frank Sinatra, Etta James, Nina Simone, Jazz, even blues not SWV.

We happen to go while a bachelor party was also there so the vibes were great for our romantic dinner but the noise was not great. Service was decent other than our apps salads qnd meal all came out simultaneously so that wasn't ideal but the place was super cute and service was pretty good but not excellent considering it was only us the bachelor party and one other table

Great service. Nadine is wonderful. We enjoy the atmosphere but the noise level is very high. The food is ok.

Great dinner. There were 6 of us for a family dinner. We had drinks, appetizer, dinner and dessert. The food was great. I had the eggplant parmesan and it was very good. The atmosphere was nice and I would highly recommend.

Great old school movie theater with a small intimate bar. This is a great place for a show. Did not have dinner but heard good things.
