It's very simple, when customer says no onions, you don't put onions on the sandwich. There's zero oversight at this shop, it's also nowhere near the quality it was when we were growing up. Sad, avoid.

staying nearby decided to try a sub in Atlantic City. The tunafish was very good and so was the steak sandwich. I think it’s quite pricey but other than that it was good and service was quite slow. They said 25 min Unfortunately, it took us about an hour, For Carry out !!! but it was worth eating
Asked for tomato and lettuce on my sub and they didnt put either of them on the sub and then proceeded to put onions on it which i didnt ask for at all.

I called at 11:30. They told me 40 minutes. 2.5 hours later no food. They are not answering any phones. I drove to the store. They had no bread. Didn’t even apologize for what they did. This place should have stayed closed. Don’t ever order from here. They are a poorly run buisness who does not care about their customers. They are rude.

Just about every time I order something from Saco's there’s an issue with delivery! I order for delivery often sometimes I order for my mom and always give them the door code to my building so therefore there shouldn’t be any issues with delivery directly to my Apt door. Such a headache. Also with the exception of Tiffany the other two women that answer the phone need to learn customer service skills. It’s a shame I won’t be ordering from them again. Btw I order from them a lot. Shame to treat customers like that. I’ll start ordering from Dino’s in Margate instead way better customer service!!! I work in customer service and this is NOT how to treat customers!

I have been eating at Sacko subs for 30yrs. The chicken cheese steak sub at Sacko subs is my favorite chicken cheese steak. All subs and food are very good at Sacko.

We're happy to have Sacko's back! The remodel looks great. Nice new menu that includes dinner items. Sandwich was excellent, spaghetti and meatballs were decent. The 4 stars is because we requested onion rings with our order at least 3 times and when we got home we didn't have them. We didn't pay for them but we were extremely disappointed. With that small hiccup, they are worth the trip.
