Took 40 minutes for a small pepperoni pizza..
It's not bad but others are better.
Price is high for what you get.

They have the best pizza in the area. The chicken tenders are better than any stadium you’d go too. Staff is always great. Love this place.

My Wife and I ate at the Bar on Thursday 9/12/24. The Service was terrible. The Bartender Adam was busy Vaping and chattting to friends across the Bar. It was not a busy night. We had to flag him down when we needed something. When our food arrived the Pizza was well done not sure if this is how its served. The wings were very good. The Bartender never checked on us to see how the food came out. We had to ask for refills on our drinks. We had to ask for to go box and our check twice. Additionally there was a young child that appeared to be related to an employee running around the restaurant causing havac! Opening and closing freezer, jumping on things and generally out of control. There didnt seem to be any management presence or anyone overseeing the operation. I certainly won't be returning to Ventnor Santucci's again.

Def the place to be Friday night in the summer. Live music . A whole party on both floors. Bar is upstairs it's open to the elements but covered by a roof. Great place!

We had a reservation for 8. When we arrived they missed our reservation and we helped the waitress pull 3 tables together in a tight space to accommodate us. It took 45 mins to get water and drinks and an hour and 15 mins to get any food. One pizza never came out and one pizza came out wrong. Everyone else in our party was done eating and we had been there an hour and a half by the time two meals came out and we had to take them to go. They were understaffed and the waitress was very overwhelmed. The service and experience was horrible. The food that did come out was very good. We ordered two kids meals (spaghetti and meatballs and chicken fingers/fries) and the portions were very large and the kids loved it. The mozzarella sticks and ceased salad and classic pizza were very good. At a time where they may be staffed appropriately, you could have a great experience here. The atmosphere is roof top at metal tables with lights hanging above. It was nice nighttime atmosphere but the bathrooms need some attention. Very run down and not clean. One bathroom was missing hand soap so people are just going and not washing their hands.. there was also live music while we are there. The guy was very good and it added to atmosphere (if you like live music), I personally thought it was too loud and was glad we weren’t right next to it. Overall we had a bad experience and we probably won’t ever go back.

Parking: You have to find a street meter.

Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu with options other than pizza.
