Very disappointing experience. My family has been loyal customers for years and visits many times a summer for dine-in and take-out. We went to eat last night. We had a reservation which the hostess claimed to have lost. Moving on, we get a table and my daughter with food allergies to egg and nuts orders a grilled cheese which she ate last summer there but we asked if they could check and make sure the bread was safe for her since sometimes things change. They told us they were too busy and couldn’t check anything for her. She then tried to order a pizza (which we know is ok for her to eat) but were basically trying to refuse her a meal because she said she had food allergies. They were beyond rude and not accommodating. We will never return. In the years I have navigated dining out with food allergies I have never experienced such horrible behavior, basically discrimination.

Paid extra for pepperoni and they didn’t give it us. Also when delivering chicken parmigiana to a hotel common sense says include utensils? Guess not at this place. It’s ok DoorDash gave me a refund for this place’s incompetence.

We ordered 3 entrees online from this restaurant and were told to pick up in 25 minutes. When we got there, we were left waiting an additional 30 minutes watching other patrons come and go with their orders, all of which were much larger than ours. When we asked for status, all the staff, including a manager, simply said that they were busy and that we would just have to wait. Further, they completely ignored and yelled over us when we were repeatedly trying to express the fact that others had been served while we were ignored. They did not apologize nor did they make any effort to make up for this terrible experience. Additionally, after much demand from us, they reluctantly returned our money.
This restaurant has no regard or respect for their patrons. We will never darken their doorstep again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Staple to our frequent Margate trips. Wide variety of options. Pizza has crispy crust, no flop. Wood fired pizza nice to mix it up. Salads are fresh and always hit the spot.

This place never disappoints. Food and service are outstanding. Today we had lamb chops and veal franchaise. Both come with sides and soup or salad and incredible bread. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation !

The food was delicious and the service 5 stars, Stephanie took care of us making sure everything was perfect, we took our Aunt who is a picky eater but she clean her plate. Thank you, highly recommended.

I’ve been to this place many times growing up , decided to revisit , the only reason I’m writing this is because our server gave himself automatic gradituity of 20%, we found it strange when he didn’t ask us to sign anything and when we asked this he quickly gave us the paper receipt and left . My friend and I have been servers and always tip 20% , mind you this restaurant was completely empty . We didn’t say anything but thinks it pitiful. Good food though.
