Stopped in just for a couple slices of pizza. The establishment is clean and classy. Our waiter was classy. The pizza def has the distinct flavor of wood fired pizza and good cheese.Parking: The only downside this place has is Ventnor street parking.

We had a first time and outstanding experience for lunch.However, we ended up ordering entrees and they were great. Chicken and Veal Francais and lamb chops.Soup and bread were great.Service was great and the food was hot, which we really like.Hats off!

Just had lunch here. Outstanding!!!I had rack of lamb which was perfectly seasoned and cooked with delicious vegetables (hot)and potatoes. The other two from our group one had chicken franchais the other veal franchaise (?). Everything came with a salad or soup and delicious seeded bread. Great service and wonderful ambiance!

I ordered two pizzas for delivery, and when the delivery guy came, he placed the order on my outside furniture. He did not ring our doorbell or tried call anybody to let us know that the pizza had arrived. An hour went by and after I called the restaurant, I discovered that the delivery guy had done this. My pizza’s were freezing cold. It’s mid January in December. Be for real. The “manager” on the phone told me that there was nothing he could do. They were not going to send out new pizzas, we could not return the old pizzas, nor get refunded to purchase more. unbelievable.I do not recommend this place to anyone living or staying in the Ventnor/ Margate area.

Tonight was my 44th birthday and we decided to stay home because of the cold temperature outside rather than go to Chef Volas…my husband got the octopus which was tough and over cooked, I ordered the seafood pescatore which was DISGUSTING!!! The clams are from a CAN, the muscles are orange and were frozen not fresh, 2 scallops and 2 shrimp, dry with no sauce for over $30!! I called the restaurant and the guy “promised” me the seafood was fresh and on ice! Then had the audacity to tell me happy birthday before he hung up on me.You have to know what to order from here or you will be disappointed., I have had many great dishes and always happy to give them my business for years however the price to pay we should never be disappointed.We ARE DONE with this LOW QUALITY food.

Pizza was a limp noodle. Sauce needed more seasoning Cheese was meh. Plus more of it on the pie. All in all better than some, many others in the area would be a better choice

Had dinner last night at Sapori. Our server was Jo and she was excellent. We started with a calamari app which was served hot and plentiful. I had the bone in Veal chop parm and my wife had the chicken franchise. Both were delicious. Will come back.

Ordered chicken parmesan-$29.00! Chicken was old and tough, smothered with sauce & cheese to hide it's poor quality. Pasta sauce was undescribable.. It's not authentic Italian sauce. Salad had brown pieces with one cucumber and one pepper slice. Vomited. Never again...YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CIAO AND GRAZIE AND STICK IT.
