I’ve been here dozens os times I’ve come for years, service was never good but it keeps declining, every time we show up for a drink or a snack. I have to believe there’s no management in this place…. They have a prime location and don’t know how to explore it Food was never great but is not bad either, the main problem is SERVICE. There’s no method here, be ready to wait a long time for everything…

Terrible service and racist employees! The server refused to serve the drinks at the table if without ID but the bartender served without asking! Managers came by the table and kicking us off after the drinks were served after 10 mins. There were empty tables!! Bad attitude! Non service mind! Especially the manager who followed us to the front when we were leaving! We not only paid you a drink but service!

My wife ordered buffalo wings and asked that they be cooked well (we like crispy skin). The wings were chewy, and saturated with black pepper with minimal buffalo sauce. It was a simple order, simple ask. Disappointed!

Had a late lunch today (Jan ‘24) after having dinner here a couple times this season. I continue to be impressed by the quality and value of the food. Our bartender, Megan, was extremely patient and attentive.

Let me start off by saying the pizza and wings here are great! We come here fairly often.Unfortunately the staff does not know how to handle a large crowd of people. We tried to get a table recently and the hostess (Linda) quoted us 30-60 minutes. That's a pretty big time we got but we figured whatever, we'll wait. We walked around to check for bar seats and noticed four empty tables that were not seated. When we asked about the empty tables, We were told they were for a reservation at 8:00 p.m. The current time was 6:30 p.m. The reservation was an hour and a half away. So they were just planning on letting these tables sit open and unused until the reservation time at 8:00 p.m. rather than seating a table and getting some food moving.After an hour, we went upstairs to check in with the hostess again. She shrugged at us and told us she still has no tables because there were reservations and it was unlikely that we were going to get a table. After 2 hours of waiting, the hostess still told us there were no tables and she did not know when there would be a table. We spoke with the manager who explain to us that they were short-staffed and they were just waiting for tables to be cleaned. I guess these tables never got cleaned because we were never called for our spot on the wait list at all.I get that they might be a little short-staffed, but a little bit of proper training for the hostess on how to seat open tables and manage a waitlist with reservations would really go a long way for this place.We will probably be going somewhere else next time. Not worth the hassle of trying to deal with them on a busy night when they clearly can't handle the situation.

It wasn’t incredibly crowded here, but it took over an hour to get our food and probably 20 to 30 minutes to get each round of drinks at a seated table. Everybody in the restaurant seems sort of frustrated. Not sure what the problem is with this place. With three kids, it sort of ruined our day because it was too late to get back out on the slopes.

Fabulous Restaurant & Bar!! Food was fantastic!Service was top notch! Our waitress Lindsey was unbelievable! They accommodate all size groups! Buffalo Chicken Pizza delicious! Bartenders On Point!! Shot Ski’s!! Go have some fun with your friends & family like we did!
