This Starbucks constantly has issues. The last 3 times I’ve tried to stop here, either the espresso machine is broken, the entire “system is down,” or they’re out of primary ingredients (like milk). I will not come here again.

Laziness at its finest: The old “I don’t want to work, so I’ll say the machine is down” trick. SMH. Why do they allow this girl to work there? lol worst part is, this Starbucks could be amazing and economically do better! But they support some crazy employee to continue hurting business.
They need to call Greg and straight up fire everyone in this Starbucks. What the actual heck is wrong with these people. Will be reporting them to the BBB for the unprofessionalism that takes place at this facility. They purposely close on Thursdays in December bc it’s half off!? The barista told my daughter she’s Bisexual, and she doesn’t get paid enough, and the machine is always “broken” conveniently. Literally willing to spend $$$ at this place, but apparently they don’t care. This place is never open lol this Starbucks has to be one of the worst in all of Jersey

I don't often buy starbucks but my previous experience was good, quality back in the day. Not sure what happened, quality isn't the same anymore or they rush to make your coffee very disappointed wish my previous experience stayed the same but it's not ? for the price I'd rather go somewhere

Has the basics and friendly staff. Just very small and you can’t really hang since it’s inside the supermarket and you cannot order

I love how often I go there and I'm told things are "out" or the machines are "broken". It's always by the same girl texting. She knows I always get a macchiato so she makes a point to say the "espresso machine is down for the night" to be spiteful I'm coming later. She doesn't want to work so she says these things. If I come at 7:30pm and someone else is working, everything is working great! If I come at 7-7:45 pm and the dark red, curly haired girl who sometimes wears glasses is there, magically things don't work or are out of stock. It's a great code for "I don't want to be bothered to get something or clean this again" but it's noticeable for a regular. I don't appreciate how friendly this barista is because she can be so nice but that's kinda irrelevant if you don't want to do your job. If you're going to be unprofessional, at least consistently be so — and stop trying to be my friend if you're not going to help me because you don't feel like please!

C was here
Closes the espresso machine around 7 because they don't wanna work and clean the machine again, what can you expect from an Acme Starbucks though
Prices are very high compared to other supermarkets. Never enough registers open. Place could be packed and only 2 registers will be open, although they do have 8 self checkout registers. Produce sometimes not fresh and after a day or two at home begins to rot.

I love Starbucks but this one is inside Acme. They run out of everything! They never have whip cream. And there is usually at least 1 machine broken. Staff is always nice and understanding.
